PLEASE READ DETAILS: The apartment is a "FROG" - Furnished Rooms Over Garage. Must take stairs to the 2nd story where the apartment is located. See pictures. The property is also a work in progress. Built in 1880 the stables fronted with an open courtyard is where guests mounted their horses to enter the marshy Lake Erie countryside hunting for ducks and pheasant.
