Unit rental comes with a wifi (25 mbps), tv with netflix, home theater (sound bar), aircon, basic amenities (beddings, towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap, toothpaste, toothbrush, lotion, slippers), shower water heater and free parking space near the main lobby entrance. Maximum nr of guests allowed is 4 including infants.

NOW with CCTV outside the main door For Driving guest , please leave a gov't ID (PRC, UMID, SSS, TIN, PAG-IBIG, POSTAL ID, NATIONAL ID), at the gate in exchange for a car pass. Then retrieve the ID at the clubhouse in the morning and surrender the carpass. Place the carpass on the dashboard.
