Overall, we enjoyed our stay! We visited in March, and it did get uncomfortably hot upstairs, so I’d recommend future guests consider paying the additional fee to use the living room air conditioner—it really makes a difference.

We have a great Christmas staycation. Even though it was raining, we still enjoyed the ambiance of the place. It was very cozy, and spacious. Ms. Liezl is also easy to communicate as the person in charge, as well as Ms. Trixia, the owner. We're grateful that it is also a petfriendly place, our 3 cats enjoyed it too! Our family had a wonderful stay at this place during the Holy Week! The space was clean and beautifully designed — very aesthetically pleasing and cozy. All the amenities were in perfect working condition, which made everything super convenient. We even ended up having a little pictorial because the house was so stylish in almost every corner! Marigold was incredibly kind and accommodating. She allowed us to add 5 extra guests for only 2k for 3 days and 2 nights—such a great deal! The caretaker was very approachable, helpful, and easy to contact throughout our stay. The place itself is spacious, peaceful, and well-maintained, making it perfect for relaxation. Plus, the location is convenient—there are nearby stores like Dali Grocery, Puregold, and 7-Eleven, all within walking distance, which made it easy to grab anything we needed. This is our 2nd time to book Michael’s place. We came back because we love the place, the big house is perfect for bonding, the ambiance is really good for the family, feels like I am really home. The pool temperature is just right and the water is clean. Additionally, the host and his careraker were super responsive and helpful. The resort is just 30 mins from Alabang via Turbina exi + using an access road, you will quickly reach the location. Definitely, I will come back again for the next family or friends’ get together.

My family and I had so much great time with the place. They had everything that I am expecting from an airbnb. The host and her family were very nice, and very accommodating, the place is so clean and I loved those decorations that they made and that booklet was very helpful as it has the massage I am looking for, and I was able to book a home service massage from their trusted massage therapist, which was the best massage I had so far. This is the place I would like to visit again and would recommend to others.

This is my second time to stay here in this airbnb. The reason we booked it for the 2nd time was because we were amazed of how it looked the first time we visited, which was during Christmas season. The rooms were spacious, the kitchen and living room has all the amenities you will need, and the pool is cool for summer getaways. The caretakers are also very kind and attentive. Definitely, will come back again.

We’ve stayed in this unit three times now, and each visit has been wonderful. While we haven’t met Ms. Rosalie in person, she has always been a very accommodating host. Her instructions are always clear, and the unit is consistently clean, offering a relaxing space to return to after our trip to EK. ☺️

Michael was a good host. He’s responsive to all my queries. The place is great. The rooms & beds are big enough to accommodate us (11 guests). The kitchen has all the essentials in cooking (except the condiments which the guests need to bring). We enjoyed using the videoke. However, the doors of the T&Bs are hard to lock. And if I may suggest to add screen doors on the sliding doors to avoid insects getting inside the house esp at night. Add more electric fans in the main house. Overall, we had a peaceful & private stay in the resort.

We had a great stay in Katrina's place. My two (2) nieces and I celebrated our birthdays together with our family and loved ones in this clean, beautiful and relaxing place. I love the ambiance, the gentle breeze of the cool wind at the lakeside, the sweet sounds of the birds, the clean crystal clear water in the pool and the lovely view. The hospitable man welcomed us and always there whenever we asked for assistance and that is much appreciated. Superhost Katrina was so responsive and very considerate. This is one of the best places which I highly recommended. Our overall experience is 100% great and lovely. We enjoyed our stay. Hoping to book this place again in the future.

I have been eyeing on this place since our vacation last December since we are going to Majayjay Laguna to visit my fathers hometown we wanted to stay in a private resort nearby before going back to Manila but unfortunately they are fully booked. So now finally I was able to booked it just on time. The host is responsive on my questions. And the care taker did explain everything when we arrived and make it up to make sure that the place is clean since there is a lots of guest ahead of us and it needs extra time for cleaning the place. All in all it was a nice relaxing stay.

We had a very nice experience at Balai Singko. We actually rented the place for prenup shoot and Ms. Dianne was kind enough to let us check in early. She was very responsive. The cabin has very beautiful interiors. The area was calm and peaceful, perfect for lazy staycations. We hope to visit for a vacation next time. :)

We had a pleasant overnight stay at Cham's place. The unit is big, clean and as described. The space is more than enough for our family of nine adults, very comfortable; the bedrooms and bathrooms are big. The host is very accommodating and easy to talk to. I would recommend Cham's place for Tagaytay staycations.
