House vacation rentals in Bay of Kotor

We had a lovely stay over the Christmas period after travelling in our camper for the last 7 months this was a nice reset for us. The house was as described the host was responsive, we were met by his Mum and sister who were very friendly and accommodating. His Mum even bought us over some burek which was delicious. Just a couple of small points, there didn’t seem to be a dryer as stated in the amenities listing, and we couldn’t seem to get the hot water to work in the kitchen (not sure if it was something we were doing or not). Other than that a lovely stay. Thanks

Villa Pcela is outstanding in every way. The villa itself is perfect for large groups, with each double bedroom having its own en-suite, and the upper terrace and dining area with plenty of space to eat and cook together. We will miss watching the sun rise every morning over the mountains to the sound of the local cockerel crowing. The villa is well located to visit Tivat and Kotor, and hiring a car was really helpful to visit Lake Skadar for birdwatching and Budva ( Sally recommended Pavel for car hire and we can confirm he was really helpful and reasonably priced). The cable cars and speed boat trip to the blue caves were amazing.

Hrvoje was an excellent host. The apartment was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The beautiful roof terrace and second terrace with a pool was a highlight of our holiday. Booking and checking in was easy. Hrvoje even arranged our airport taxi and was waiting to meet us at the apartment. We arrived early and Hrvoje was very flexible in letting us check in. The apartment was spotless and perfect for our family. The beds were comfortable and bathrooms had lots of hot water. The outside areas were beautiful and we spent many hours enjoying the sun and sunsets from the roof terrace. Hrvoje was always available for advice and even arranged a tour of the area for us that suited my 8 year old nephew and 78 year old mother. Overall, a great Airbnb and I would definitely recommend.

From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the breathtaking surroundings. Nestled in the heart of Montenegro's natural beauty, the villa offered the perfect mix of privacy, peace, and luxury. The home itself was very inviting, giving us an immediate sense of comfort and relaxation. It felt like a home away from home, with cozy interiors that were well-maintained and beautifully decorated. The villa had all the modern amenities you could ask for, while still maintaining a warm and welcoming atmosphere. One of the highlights was definitely the outdoor area. The swimming pool was pristine and kept clean every day by a friendly groundskeeper. The villa felt like a hidden gem, far enough from the hustle and bustle but still conveniently located to explore the local attractions. Ivan is a wonderful host. Very clear and quick communication. We would hughly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a serene, luxurious retreat in Montenegro. You won't be disappointed!

I wholeheartedly recommend the Pero house. A house set in a mountain village, far from the hustle and bustle, surrounded by nature. The house is amazing! This is one of the most interestingly decorated places we have visited. Me and the kids were delighted with this stay. Everything actually looks even better than in the photos. The neighborhood is beautiful and the pool is the icing on the cake. Pero kept it clean every day. The neighborhood is beautiful, we were close to various attractions: interesting beaches, Dubrovnik, Montenegro. A car or Uber is necessary if someone wants to explore as much as we do. There are also plenty of vineyards and restaurants in the area where you can taste the wines produced there. I highly recommend this place. It's a real paradise. The house of Pero and Dubrovnik and the surrounding area was our dream vacation. Wanted to stay there for longer...

We stayed for 6 days and had a fabulous holiday. Marija and Anton were perfect hosts providing us with lots of lovely treats during our stay. The villa was beautiful, immaculately clean with everything we needed as well as being really peaceful and private. We were a group of 3 adults and 2 teens. Plenty of space for us all. This was our first visit to Croatia, loved Dubrovnik old town and visiting Lokrum island by boat. Mlini itself is lovely. Pebble beaches but very calm clear sea. Lovely to stroll along seafront with a few nice bars and restaurants. We also did kayaking from here. We hope to return and would definitely stay at Marija and Antons villa again.

We were in Montenegro for a week, enjoying the sea in Petrovac and discovering the country by car. The appartment was very nice, clean and with everything we needed including parking space for our rental car. It is very well located, the beach is easily reached on foot and so are all necessary shops, restaurants etc. Our hosts were very kind and available, which contributed to our excellent vacation week ! We can only recommend staying at this appartment if you are looking to spend some time in Petrovac !

Our time in Risan was fantastic! Risan is at a great spot in the bay of Kotor. Not too crowded, but well situated to visit the must-go-to places. The Apartment was very clean and equipped with everything we needed and nothing more, don't expect a TV or anything too fancy. It was perfect for us, we spent a great family time. Just outside there is a great private terrace directly at the water with ample space to sit, spend time and have a swim. There where 2 kayaks free to use, which we took advantage of (went to the island with the church on, called our lady on the rock). A near mussels farm was great to have really fresh sea food and fish, other restaurants/shops nearby. Marko was a fantastic host, who made us feel welcome from minute 1 on. He and his father gave us all the inside tips and information we needed. Thanks for that if you are reading this Marko! We very much recommend this great place in Risan! This will certainly not have been the last time we where in Montenegro.

Ivana place is so perfect. Felt like home. Ivana mom is so lovely, she even offer coffee upon our arrival.

My husband and I stayed here for two full months. During this time we were able to work from home and enjoy the sea and Molunat every day. We also took the opportunity to visit the Konavle region, Dubrovnik, the Montenegrin coast and the city of Mostar, in Bosnia. The house was very clean, comfortable and well-equipped, which is especially convenient for long stays like ours. In addition, the hosts are very friendly and are attentive to any need. In the village there is a small market for daily shopping and in the city of Grouda, a twenty-minute drive away, there are more options. Although there are three daily buses to Dubrovnik, I think it's important to have your own transportation. I recommend this place to anyone who enjoys tranquility and contact with nature. For us it has been a real pleasure to live and work in front of the sea during these months. Thanks for everything Helen and Maximilian!

Beautiful house, spacious, clean and comfortable, with the most amazing views out of the windows and the balconies! Photos don't really do it justice. Glenda was so helpful with everything, booking us a transfer from the airport to the airbnb and advising us on buses and cabs and restaurants once there. We were a group of 10 friends and it was ideal for us. The only thing i'd say is if you have limited mobility and don't have a car you might struggle to get up the final hill to the house, but we were all able-bodied so it was fine!

Thank you for a great stay! The view is sublime. The location is central; several nice places are easily accessible (by bus). Nearby places to eat, supermarket for the much needed nearby. Especially the hospitality of Jelena and Nikolai was the icing on the cake. It started with a warm welcome. You can ask all your questions and tips, but also for a nice chat. We were allowed to taste the homemade "womens" and eventually "stronger" liqueur and this was shared extensively. We found a very nice addition to our stay. All in all, highly recommended for a nice, relaxed and cozy place! Thank you!

We absolutely loved our stay! As a group of 2 families (4 adults, 4 children) we had plenty of space and you couldn't ask for a better view. The kids spent a whole day exploring, playing and just being kids and it was fantastic. We even braved a swim in the waterfall! Yes, the road takes some confidence to tackle but it is 100% worth it. Amazing spot and wish we could have stayed longer!

The house was very clean, nice and spacious. Pool was super and everything was very private. Ivana was super quick to respond to questions and the host Dorde was there to welcome us with some nice local food, wine, juice and home made rakia. He even took us to the mountains and supplied us all week with home grown vegetables. The house is 2,5 km from Herceg Novi, so it takes a taxi or a good walk to get to town. There is a bakery just next door and a local restaurant and market some 400 m from the house. We had a lovely time all 8(two families) of us. Would go again.

It was our first stay in Montenegro and Jas and Rosa made it an unforgettable memory. Both were very helpful and made it easy for us to quickly feel at home. The house and location are beautiful. Jelena was very hospitable and helpful. She allowed us to check-in early due to an early flight. My 2 year old had a wild time at the large garden and wonderful orchards. The house was the right size and kitchen had all that was needed for family cooking. The house had air conditioning in the living room and master bedroom which was amazing in the August heat. The area around the house is absolutely stunning. Though roads are very tricky, so not great for access through public transport or for inexperienced drivers. Overall we had an amazing time and would love to visit again.

We visited Branka and her husband for two weeks. The place is as shown in the pictures and in the description. Everything you need is there to spend a quiet and relaxing vacation. We felt very comfortable and can only recommend the place! The two are fantastic hosts. They are incredibly accommodating, helpful and nice! If we had questions, they always had an open ear for us and when the oven was not working properly, they ordered a new one directly and had it installed. Thanks for a great stay at your place!

Superb accommodation in a quiet location a short drive away from Risan and Morinj which have all the amenities you need. The size of the house was the first thing that struck us on arrival, equalled by the tasteful decor but then topped by the magnificent views from the upper bedroom and lounge. The kitchen is well equipped, spotless and well used in our case with the roof terrace providing the perfect breakfast location. Anja was always very quick, helpful and friendly in her messages and provided a great recommendation for the Sunday Market in Risan which is well worth getting up early for, a great mooch followed by breakfast and coffee at the sea-front bar. If you're looking for classy accommodation in a quiet location with views to die for Anja's House is the perfect place

The apartments are great and met our expectations. I didn't meet the host in person; we communicated via Viber, and she responded quickly, resolving any issues promptly. The distance to the sea is about 2 km, which isn't critical if you have a car. The nearby beaches are mostly rocky, so it's advisable to have special shoes for swimming on rocky beaches. There is a sandy-rocky beach called Barska Plaza not far away. The landscapes around are very beautiful, and the people are friendly and helpful. Montenegro is a wonderful country.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - the house is beautiful. The kitchen is very well equipped, the bedrooms are very comfortable. We really enjoyed the 3 terraces which allowed us to sit outside with great views to the sea. We also enjoyed walking down to the sea from the house and having the small shop very nearby was very useful. We would recommend a stay here.
