Overall a 5 star stay!! Perfect location, amenities are all there for a homely feel. The upstairs balcony is serene, fantastic roof top view and a lovely sun trap. Not to forget the lovely visitors (cats). We felt perfectly at home, the host is very responsive and allowed us to check in earlier.

It is a nice place to live in. The house is clean and comfortable. And the location is very good. You can even see a small part of the sea through the window. The parking lot is just in the front of the building. And the old town and the sea are in walking distance. The landlord is friendly and willing to help. Anyone who choose this house will not regret.

Thank you for this amazing stay - The only thing we regret is to have stayed only one night. The surrounding are very relaxing, the apartment is very well equipped with small touches for families with young kids. Our two daughters really appreciated the pool and the parents could relax in the garden. But what could we say about the very nice welcome we had from our hosts who offered us some juice and fruits from their garden. We also had the chance to have dinner and breakfast. What a treat with homemade dishes and great products all along. We definitely recommend this place, a fantastic break in the Montenegrin countryside

Great location, clean and comfortable apartment and we had the opportunity to appreciate private parking inside of the building. 7 minute to reach the beach, stores are right near the building, I was in constant contact with Valentina, who was eager to help me with any questions. I definitely recommend this place—it’s truly a gem. The location is stunning, with beautiful views in every direction and just a short, easy walk to town. It’s incredibly peaceful and looks exactly like the photos, if not better. Branko was an exceptional host—warm, welcoming, and always quick to communicate. He made sure we felt at home and was there to help with anything we needed. We genuinely loved our stay and would absolutely come back when we’re in the area again. Thanks again for a lovely time in Montenegro!

Accommodation looks exactly as advertised. The swimming pool is nice. Located closely by old town Budva (walking distance). The host Ivana was really nice and we appreciated her hosting. Room is being cleaned daily. Would definitely recommend.

Very happy with Majda’s apartment. It was just as described, a stunning view out over the bay (the balcony was my favourite place) and all very clean and tidy. Majda was also always very quick to respond to any messages and incredibly friendly. Couldn’t have asked for more from her. The only thing I would say is that there was a faint smell of cigarettes when we first arrived, however after a couple of days of airing out it did fade (or we got used to it). Smoking in Montenegro is very popular so not necessarily surprised, just not a smell we personally wanted. Location wise we were very happy with it, we personally preferred being outside of Kotor which is very busy, as well as anyway from the main road and constant car noise. It is a very good base if you’re happy to either drive into Kotor or can cope with the walk (we didn’t personally walk due to the high heat, but it definitely would have been possible). Overall, would definitely recommend Majda’s apartment!

Maria’s place has a great location (close to beautiful Perast, Tivat), amazing view and offers quite space to rest from daily sightseeing. We (family of 4) stayed there for 10 days and had an amazing time. Much recommended!

A great place to stay. The pool is great. It is up the hill to Becici beach. There are a couple of small supermarkets within a 5 minute walk, a restaurant just down the roads. The beach is a 10-15 minute walk down the hill with lots of restaurants. The best ones are near the Marina.

Super new facility with vacation rentals. The staff was very friendly and fulfilled all wishes. Free coffee at check-in. When carrying the suitcase was immediately packed. It was very nice. I'd love to come back. The way at the end was poorly signposted. But otherwise 5 🌟 stars.

Nice studio apartment with everything you need. We stayed there 4 days, enjoyed the pool, next to Kotor and Budva, perfect if you don't want to be in the crowded tourists spots. Communication was easy, you need a car to get there.

Beautiful apartment. Branko was very helpful and responsive. He had cold bottled drinks (water, cider etc) which guests could buy at a very reasonable price. There was a nice patio area for guests to use. Also a good washer and dryer for guests to use (he even supplied powder and laundry baskets) it was a 20 to 25 minute walk to old town. The route we took to the apartment there was a steep incline. Not a problem for us, but maybe a bit harder for people with limited mobility. There may have been another way to go, but again this route was fine for us. Just a suggestion/tip. Just past bus station, by idea supermarket, there is a great restaurant called Marenda. It is outside old town ( but near south entrance) the food is excellent, large servings, very good prices (compared to restaurants in old town) and Boris who served us was outstanding, one of the best waiters we have had anywhere on our travels.
