Beachfront vacation rentals in Bay of Kotor

Most peaceful and beautiful place we've been to in Europe, where we could fully enjoy the serene atmosphere. The view is surreal, it looks like a Windows wallpaper. Our room was very practical as well, since we could live autonomously with the little kitchenette. There is also a fully equipped communal kitchen. Cherry on the cake, Mara and her son Mijo were so kind to us! They didn't hesitate to share useful info and insights about the region. We felt considered! Thank you very much 🙏🏻 we hope to have the chance to come back

Charming and peaceful place to stay with amazing view and large rooms. We generously received an upgrade to a larger apartment. Very helpful and friendly hosts. We're grateful for everything and looking forward to visit again.

Nice apartment and beautiful view!! There is a Beach Bar on the ground floor so music and buzz can be heard from balcony and at night. But it was cozy.

We had a great time staying at filip’s place. Its in the middle of a friendly street, and only 15 minutes walk to the center and the walk near the sea is beautiful. There is a beautiful balcony with a great view. And before our stay filip helped us with recommendations, and his father greeted us to the place. We like herceg novi very much and like to stay there.

We had a wonderful stay for 3 nights. Kotor Bay is the place to stay if you don't lik to stay at Busy Old Town. The rising sun and the beauty is fascinating. I used the terrace for Morning Yoga with rising sun on one side coming over across the bay and then the mountains on other side. Teh house has pretty much everything you need for a short stay. Any small thing the owner is more than willing to provide. Property is 20 mins decent and easy walk to Old Town. Supermarket Aroma right at the corner of street. The street is one way, you got to find a parking on First come first serve basis. There is nothing reserved. Its free parking. But the owner is very kind and nice and he pulled his car to make room for ours when the entire slots were gone. Pluck Lemons from his trees and make fresh lemonade. Cats are everywhere so my daughter had lovely playful time making new friends. On the whole 5/5 .

We had a wonderful stay at Katica’s. Felt just like home. She offered us some home grown fruits and recommended us great places. If I wanted to nitpick I could say the bathroom was small which might create some inconvenience for a larger person. All in all it was a great place to stay.

Dragana's accommodation is located right across the beach, a beautiful place, close to everything you need. Recommendation!

We spent 5 days with 4 people in this apartment. The apartment is beautiful and clean. It is just a 2-minute walk from the beach. The sea is visible from the balcony. All amenities are within walking distance. It is easy to park the car on the street as many spaces are available. The apartment has everything you need for a good stay which is appreciated. I would recommned this property 👍💯

Dijana& Mladen's place was in the perfect location, very close to Kotor and another beautiful little towns. The apartment was clean and comfortable and the best was to relax after dark in the terrace the views to the bay from the apartment were incredible. The instructions and responses from our host were always precise and with fast responses and most important very comfortable night sleeps.

Had a great stay at the apartment, it looks exactly like the pictures, the view is stunning, the pool area is great and we really enjoyed the spa facilities. We visited in April and as it’s out of summer reason we noticed a few of the beach restaurants hadn’t opened yet, but we walked further up the beach, heading in the direction of Budva and loads were open. We also walked to Budva most days, at first with children we thought that might be quiet a walk, but it’s so beautiful and loads of places to stop along route we really enjoyed going that way. There are many supermarkets near the apartment too, so we found it easy to grab food for the stay too. Would recommend.

We had a lovely few nights in Kotor. Irena was a great host, giving us very clear instructions and a number of recommendations. A few of the local bars and restaurants were not open at the start of the week but were gradually opening for the season as the week went on, which meant that we could walk to and from old town whilst stopping off for food and drinks on the way. The view from the apartment was spectacular, and the whole space was spotlessly clean throughout.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Marinas place. The apartment was spotlessly clean with a lovely pool area and great views down to the sea. As we didn’t have a car Marinas husband drove us up to the supermarket to stock up on heavy items such as water etc. The beach is a 5 minute walk and then a further 10 minute stroll along the coast to Cavtat with cafes and restaurants along the way. There is a water taxi stop to Dubrovnik just after the cafe when you get to the beach. We would definitely stay again if we returned to Cavtat.

I would highly recommend this place as it has a good location with an amazing view and is also very spacious. Host is also very friendly and helpful and was always quick to reply if we had any issues.

Everything went well and we had a great week at Niko’s place! The pool area was nice and everything was very well taken care of. We can totally recommend!

We had an amazing time at Zoran’s place. Ideal location for the beach, all the shops, nice restaurants and a supermarket nearby. The flat is very clean, it has everything you’d need. We liked the pool, most of the time we had it all to ourselves. Zoran is a great host, he gave us very useful recommendations, was always nice to chat to and we loved his delicious house wine.

Beautiful airbnb - photos do not do it justice. Looks very new and clean, with all amenities provided. The host was very responsive, friendly and gave some great local recommendations. Would stay here again.

Second time staying at the property, great location and host. Interior and furnishing is on the simpler side but why sit at home if the sea is a few hundred metres from you.

Great location—right on the water with a private pier and amazing views. The house is renovated, with AC/heating, a proper kitchen, and bathrooms. No moisture issues, which is rare for a waterside home. However, some furniture feels mismatched, like it was brought in from elsewhere, and there are strange design choices—why six TVs? The place lacks some upkeep: the couch and outdoor cushions are worn out, and the umbrella needs replacing. Might be due to off peak season as we stayed early-Apr. The house is built from slate stone, which crumbles on its own. This leaves small stone flakes all over the floors (yes, even in beds). You can hear them hit the wooden floor at night—some pieces are nearly an inch big. Also, the house is a bit dark due to small windows—not a flaw, just something to know if you love natural light. Despite everything, we extended our stay from 3 nights to 6—it’s still much better than most of the places in the area. The host is very friendly and responsive.

Great place, beach access was amazing. Shared with other guests but we did not mind or feel it mostly. Any issue we had was resolved right away and without delay. I forgot a Macbook charger and she informed me right away, helpful and responsive.

Me and my 70year old mum had a great week at Markos house. The way is directly by the sea and you have to step over some rocks and might get wet if it's too windy.Also there are many stairs if you want to go to the store so you gotta be quite fit. Just be prepared for an adventure. If you're there, its beautiful! If it's not too windy you can easily swim directly in front of the house,the water is clear and you can watch the stars at night and listen to only the waves and nature,really peaceful. I've stayed at many airbnbs before and met many nice hosts but I have to say Marko was just perfect.He picked us up at the airport by car and got us and our luggage to the house by boat.Went grocery shopping for us 2 times.Picked us up at the middle of the beach and got us home when we got lost on our way back on our first evening.Always easy to reach.Always really nice.He really did everything to make it as beautiful as possible for us.Thank you so much, Marko! It was a great experience! :)

This is a peaceful area and you can get to the sightseeing by car. We had rented a car so everything ran smoothly. The house is very clean and tidy, the views are great. Milena put everything we needed in the house. There is a parking lot to park your vehicle. The house is as it appears in the photos. Milena is a very sweet host. When we come to Montenegro, we will stay here again and longer days

Fabulous stay! The scenery was beautiful and the option to use the paddle boards was a great addition. Great communication from the host too. Our only comment would be to definitely hire a car if you choose to stay here. While there is a bus nearby which will take you into Tivat this seems unreliable and taxis cost more than expected. Overall a beautiful and relaxing stay!

The unit was very well appointed, it had everything we needed for a month long stay. We enjoy cooking our own meals and everything was there to accommodate us. There was a washing machine in the unit that was a real asset for long stays. The unit was very clean and stocked with essentials such as toiletry items, paper towel, spices for cooking and cooking oil. Damir was quick to respond to any questions we posed to him and his parents even dropped off a wonderful desert….how much better can one get than that.
