Hotel vacation rentals in Bay of Kotor

Affordable accommodation with friendly hosts, daily housekeeping, about 10 minutes to the beach and inexpensive restaurants in the area, many sports channels on TV, kitchen is well equipped, but hardly used. As a negative point, the mattresses are quite soft and you can hear the neighbors quite strongly when the door is opened/locked in the morning, for example. So no sleeping oasis. Except for the two aspects, you can recommend it quite well.

Marko was amazing during our stay. He was incredibly hospitable and friendly. He was super helpful, offering advice and support about the local area, taking us out on a boat tour and treating us to homemade wine from his vineyard! Marko’s home is an incredible eco-village, almost self sufficient and you feel totally at home here. There is also the option to have your meals prepared by him. A great stay and would highly recommend this experience for anyone. He speaks fantastic English and is able to teach you about the history of the area and give local suggestions. We had an amazing stay, thank you Marko!

Great welcome, bright and clean accommodation. Matches photos. Free parking space right out front. Restaurants and beach close by. If we were to return to Budva we would definitely return to this accommodation. Recommended +++

Great location, couldn’t have been better. The room was totally fine, beds were clean though the room was not the cleanest. Bathroom was also run down and the tiles in the shower was loose. The room came with a cute little balcony towards the walking street, where it’s super nice to sit in the evening. One of the nights there were a band preforming right outide our window. It was no problem for us, but might be worth taking into consideration if you have a hard time sleeping if there is a lot of noise.

We thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Despite our late arrival at night (due to flight delay) we were warmly welcomed and received tips for excursions the next day. Breakfast was delicious and extensive! The beach and nice restaurants are directly accessible.

We have been looking for a place to unwind - and it did not disappoint. The view is great, the rooms exceptional clean, the place quiet, the WIFI fast and the AC cold. It is close to the bigger cities if you like to take a bus or taxi. A cute little fishing village is a short walk away and this year the beaches have not been crowded! Extra bonus point: I got a cold and the host explained to me what local medication I should take to get better soon. We will defiantly come back!

OMG, this is the best accommodation and the best host we have experienced, ever! The home has incredible character, is beautifully decorated and is immaculately clean. Nigel, our host, and his assistant, Philip, went above and beyond to make sure we had everything to be happy We left feeling we were leaving dear friends behind. I would highly recommend this home.

The hotel is so clean, modern and well located. It’s a short (5 minute) walk into town and to the beaches. The pool area is great and the views are amazing! The staff are always on hand to help with anything that you need. We had such a peaceful and relaxing holiday.

It's great to have a parking lot, especially for those who come with a car. There are various beautiful places around.

Absolutely loved staying here, good location- 10 minute walk to the bus station, 25-30 minute walk to the beach and 5 minute walk to the supermarket. The room was always cleaned and restocked everyday. Would highly recommend!

A truely great choice to stay! We instantly felt home, beautiful outdoor terrace and cosy clean room with a balcony attached. They helped us with the luggage, a parking spot. We even shared a lovely evening chat with tee/coffee. We kindly asked if the two might serve a breakfast and we were rewarded by an delicious turkish styled breaky the next morning. Thank you guys! The place is just two steps from the beach and the beach promenade with restaurants and bars. Big recommendation. Go there & feel good :)
