Amazing location! Linens smelled clean and the new beach chairs (2) came in clutch for the beach! Construction is still ongoing but they opened up a section for you to make it to the beach in under a minute!! Construction looks almost complete too! Excited to come back when the construction is complete! Thank you San!

5 stars for the host Omar alone. He was very communicative, had clear instructions for checking in, and responded to questions in no less than 5 mins every time. The studio had everything we needed with a beautiful view, a nice balcony, and well stocked with beach things. Also free street parking. The area was very walkable with hundreds of restaurants. We probably tried 15-20 while we were there. We stayed a month and never ran out of things to do. The beach is a 2$ circuit trip away or street parking for around $4/hr with the park mobile app. The studio is in a great location that is walkable to downtown but also easy to get to the beach. We also visited Miami 3 times and Juno Beach and West Palm beach to the north. A few cons to note: currently (April 2025) there is construction right across the street which is noisy during the morning and the day. There is also a school where you can hear schoolchildren throughout the day. In total, easily 5stars and we loved our experience.

Beautiful apartment overlooking the bay, very comfortable and functional for 5 people. Well-equipped, as the publication indicates. We had good communication with the rental company. It is less than a 10-minute walk to the beach and a shopping mall with a supermarket and places to eat. Highly recommended, we will certainly come back!

I just returned from an unforgettable trip to Miami, and I have to say, the place I stayed in was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment I arrived, I knew this apartment was something special. The panoramic views were absolutely breathtaking, offering an unobstructed view of both the ocean and the city skyline. Waking up every morning to that incredible sunrise over the water was truly magical. The apartment itself was a perfect blend of style and comfort. It was spacious, modern, and filled with light, thanks to its floor-to-ceiling windows. The interior was beautifully designed, with every detail carefully thought out to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it a joy to prepare meals while enjoying the view. The living room was cozy yet luxurious, and I spent hours just relaxing, taking in the incredible surroundings. The location was perfect too, with easy access to the beach, restaurants, and nightlife.

We have stayed in this building many times, but Natalia's unit was the best one so far! Very clean, great view of the Bay, and the perfect amount of space for two people. We always felt safe in this neighborhood and loved the convenience of the nearby convenience store. Natalia was very responsive when we were concerned about a late check-in. Would definitely stay here again!

This place is great. 27th floor great views, very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Around 1000 Sq feet of living space. It was my wife and 4 year old and we had plenty of space. Look forward to staying again the hotel gym, pools, beach and vibe is first class.

From the moment we checked in it was a great experience. The building was clean and felt secure with consistent security on premise and added security with wristband access to go to correct floor. The beach service was great as well. All of the employees were fantastic. The unit was spotless and the views were breath taking. I would stay again in this unit again in a heartbeat.

I was so pleased with everything at this place. We arrived in Fort Lauderdale and were unsure if we could get in early. We messaged the host and he responded almost immediately and said our place was ready! It was a very clean and welcoming place. We will definitely look to book this place for future visits! I rate this place 10/10.

Beautiful, safe, clean with a super convenient location. The building has upgraded security since becoming Lyfe. The elevators were all working and very clean! This is the 3rd time we've stayed at this building. It's truly perfect on many levels! We will definitely be back!! We have no complaints at sll to report.

Host was very quick to respond, willing to accommodate check in time and very respectful. Condo was just as pictured, spacious, lots of amenities and clean. Perfect spot in a great location with everything you need for a relaxing vacation in South Beach! This included 2 beach chairs with umbrella, beach towels, and even a small portable cooler! Suzy was extremely attentive and provided excellent instructions and communication! The kitchen had everything you need to make your own meals. Highly recommended!

I had an amazing stay at this wonderful place! Aviv was incredibly flexible and available to us, allowing early check-in and late check-out, which made my trip hassle-free. The apartment was beautifully decorated, with everything that we needed and ideally located in front of the beach. The host's thoughtful hospitality made my experience truly memorable. Amazing view, great location, have lots of restaurants, grocery stores. Beach was very beautiful and right infront of the building. Amazing pool and amamenities! my family and I enjoyed this place and we will definitely be back! The host was very responsive, valet parking very friendly and efficient.

Really enjoyed our time here! Nice apartment that is clean and user-friendly. Great location, walkable to Collins Ave, near the beach, but yet a few streets away, offering a peaceful and quiet oasis in the midst of bustling Sunny Isles.
