Vacation rentals with beach access in Bay Harbor Islands

We stayed for 3 nights. check in was easy, front desk very professional and comfortable with airbnb guests. Easy to use the pool area the gym and all of the things the building offers. the apartmant has an amazing wiew and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. place was clean our host Martha was fantastic with super quick straight forward responses. We recommend this unit. Hope we able to go back soon. Thank you.

This was my second stay and it was perfect just like my first stay. I travel to Miami Beach for business and this is now my favorite place to stay in Miami Beach. It is so refreshing to deal with a professional like Steven. I've stayed at other places where were no where near as good. Lavish Gem lives up to its name. It's an excellent value. There are plenty of places in Miami Beach that cost as much or more but are of mediocre value. No nonsense pricing. There are no hidden charges (resort fees, etc.). The property is clean, stylish, modern, quiet, and drama-free. Steven takes great pride in his work. IT clearly shows. I look forward to booking it for my next trip to Miami Beach.

the place was exactly what I needed, beach within walking distance and kim has everything, beach umbrellas, chairs, cooler, etc. Wish the pool would have been open, seems like it has been closed for a while, and found this out after I booked. Not a big deal to me since I wanted to spend most of my time at the beach. I would book again and would recommend booking Kim's place for a quick getaway.

PERFECT place to stay. Not even a 300 yard walk to the beach. Great views and a great place to stay. Hosts are great and timely with responses. Staying there again. For smaller groups or couples I don’t recommend elsewhere in Miami Beach.

The Stay was great! The staff were very responsive with and resolved our needs in a quickly manner. The location is amazing as it’s close to Ocean Drive and South Beach. Transit is easily accessible right outside the hotel. A lot of great restaurants are in the area as well. The maintenance staff were very helpful especially when we needed something fixed in the unit. Overall, the stay was amazing.

Stay was perfect. Had issues with Tesla charger and she had someone on site within an hour fixing and troubleshooting the issue, fixing it and going above and beyond with any help, questions, concerns etc. I stayed with my family and although the pool is not gated the house itself had perfect child lock on the back door to prevent any accidents etc. kids loved the PS5 and arcade machine. Pool is warm and perfect to cool off, grill and entertainment like pool table, ping pong table etc kept everyone entertained.

The place was super clean and exactly as pictured! The living room mirrors were such a vibe—perfect for relaxing or taking cute photos. The power briefly went out due to the weather, but the host was very responsive and made sure we were taken care of. Would definitely stay again!

I had an amazing stay! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described in the listing. The host was incredibly responsive and kind, making check-in and check-out super easy. The location was perfect—close to everything we needed but still peaceful and relaxing. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and stress-free getaway!

All the areas was cleaned Except for the master bathroom Some need to be done in that bathroom Other than that everything was perfect

This air bnb was absolutely amazing. We went for a girls trip with 5 girls and it was a total dream vacation. The backyard and pool feel like you are in paradise. The kitchen is stocked with more than enough supplies. The place was absolutely spotless. The king bed was so comfortable. Highly recommend staying here!

This was a beautiful home! My friends and I enjoyed staying here a lot and loved how spacious the home was. Everything was clean and ready for us and we have no complaints.

Randy’s place was just as described! Randy was helpful from the start of the trip and accommodated all of our needs for a single nights stay prior to cruising. Randy was also prompt in communicating a minor situation upon departure.

The house was as expected - and matched the pictures and description. Such a beautiful and well kept home. It was perfect for what we needed. Check-in was easy and the hosts were nice and easy to work with. Will was responsive and worked with us on an early check in and a late departure. He was always available and responded to questions almost immediately.

Such an amazing 4 day stay we had at this property! Check in was seamless, the place was very clean, and the location was perfect! The view was breathtaking & even better than the pictures displayed. The host always responded to any requests I had super quickly. Anytime I visit Miami again, I will be rebooking with Confidante everytime!

Loren’s place was perfect! We had issues with the tv - there wasn’t a remote in the room. But Loren was on it with getting it resolved, and the people at the hotel ended up bringing us a remote. I appreciate how there were dishes, silverware, and paper towels in the room. We picked up tropical fruit so I was worried we wouldn’t have anything to open it with. The spa passes were so nice! We got sun burn the first day and the mineral pool was clutch. I feel like it helped our skin with recovering. I was a little worried about the fees from the hotel but we were charged a total of about $200 - that includes the cleaning fee which we were already aware of. Everything else is like small fees and taxes. The free valet was amazing! I will say one night it took 45 minutes to get our car - it was a Friday night. We just planned better on our end after this. The space was so clean, the views were beautiful. We will for sure be back! Loren was the best host!

The place is nice, the beach is super close. The apartment feels like home. Everything is accessible. You can go everywhere on the Trolley, we loved it. Rebeca was always attentive to providing us with information.

The view was absolutely amazing! We enjoyed the beach and the children loved the kids pool area.

Our host was sensational, very responsive. The condo was absolutely beautiful, exactly as described great ocean view. We’re coming back for Thanksgiving. That’s how much we loved it. Thank you again for being such a wonderful host five stars.

Jorge and Abdel place was exactly as described! Very convenient distant from the beach, local eats, and market. The space was perfect for our family the night prior to boarding a cruise and Jorge and Abdel was kind enough to allow us to drop off our bags early since we flow in early. The finding of the apartment was very easy as their instructions was very descriptive. Bath bathrooms was very beautiful and clean and the backyard space had very a tranquil vibe to relax and eat as a family. Would definitely stay again!

Salil and Neha were amazing hosts! Very kind and courteous from the moment I booked their space. We ended up extending our trip an extra night and they were so accommodating and let us stay. Very responsive and professional. The unit is beautiful and in a great location - would definitely return!!
