Our stay in Miami was fabulous, especially our stay at the Lavish Gem apartment. This is a cozy and impeccably clean apartment in a great location in Miami Beach. There's a promenade to the bay just 25 meters down the street, perfect for a walk or a run after sunset. Our host, Steven, was always attentive to our needs. We'll definitely be back in the near future.

Had a great stay! The apartment was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. Everything we needed was available — from a comfortable bed to a fully equipped kitchen. The host was friendly, responsive, and helpful with any questions. The location was also very convenient, close to shops, cafes, and public transport. Definitely recommend!

Really loved this staying at Yana’s place . I will definitely recommend it to others and will always check its availability for anytime I’m planning a trip to south Florida. Located close to everything’s I especially loved how peaceful it was and all the easy walking to fun breakfast spots, the beach, and Publix. Yana was always very responsive when I reached out for questions. It was a tad difficult getting in at first but I think had I received the instructions prior to my arrival things would’ve made more sense. I received the message after I received the keys. Looking forward to coming back!

We had a great stay at Andrey's place! It was clean, spacious and had everything we needed for a low key weekend in Miami Beach. The home was clean, had beautiful & well thought out decor, kitchen was great for cooking breakfast (plus the mini market downstairs was helpful for basics like eggs, bread, milk) and we appreciated the easy beach access with on hand towels, chairs and umbrella. We rented Citibikes and biked down the boardwalk, about a 30 minute ride to South Beach. Definitely recommend!

Highly recommend this stay it was everything and then some. The location on Collins Ave was perfect and close to everything you’ll want to do. Management was super friendly and responded to every question imaginable. 10/10 stay I highly recommend.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at Avi's place! The room was spotless, neat, and perfectly equipped with everything I needed, including an iron and board, extra lamps, and a fridge—so convenient! I appreciated that the space wasn’t cluttered with unnecessary furniture, making it feel open and comfortable. The location is unbeatable, with plenty of great restaurants just a stone's throw away. On top of that, Avi's responses were lightning-fast, making communication a breeze. Highly recommend this gem of a place for anyone looking for a stress-free and comfortable stay!

Perfect spot for my husband and I. It was right across from the ocean. The space is small but perfect for 2! Great pizza place down the street! It was clean and comfy. Definitely recommended! The chairs he provided were a great touch for the beach!

This location was delightful. The bathroom met my expectations and looked just like the photos. The host was quick to respond, and I ended up spending a lot of my time by the pool. One thing to note is that if you're driving, you'll need to pay for parking, whether it's in the lot or on the street. Additionally, if you require extra towels or housekeeping, those services come with an extra charge. Just something to keep in mind!

This property is clean and in a great location. Very responsive hosts. This is my 3rd time staying with them and I will definitely return. Washer/dryer is a huge bonus!

The place is beautiful. It looks exactly as the picture portrays. The place smelled great as I walked in so I know linens and floors were cleaned properly. It is located in a prime location. Very close to beaches and restaurants. 100% recommend

Excellent apartment. It's exactly as shown in the photos. Spacious and clean spaces, with a full kitchen. Very close to the beach and close to Aventura Mall, with several options of shops and restaurants. Gary was very kind to us and the entire check-in and check-out process was very simple and fast. I recommend staying at the apartment!

We loved our stay at Adam’s place- felt like we were staying in our own private oasis, and within walking distance to great stores, restaurants, and everything we needed. We would definitely love to stay there again!

The apartment is beautiful! Very clean and modern. Vivi is very attentive and was always available for our questions. The area is very quiet and the beach is a few blocks away. We really liked that the apartment is equipped with all the details, from a full kitchen, laundry room and even chairs and umbrella for the beach, we had everything we needed. 100% recommended.
