La posizione dell'appartamento è strategica, si trova a 100mt dal porto per le isole, a 50mt dalle fermate degli autobus diretti a Stresa,Verbania o Arona, a soli 7 minuti dalla stazione. L'appartamento si presta per famiglie, coppie o coppie di amici, vi sono due camere e due bagni indipendenti, solo la cucina e la zona soggiorno sono in comune.
