The house consists of three floors. On the lower floor there are two bedrooms, two beds in each, and one bathroom with a shower. On the middle floor there is one large bedroom with two beds. (It is possible to put an extra bed). On the top floor there is a small bedroom with one bed and and separate bathroom. Also on the middle floor there is a kitchen equipped with all necessary for cooking.

Our waterfront villas at La Foleia offer two iconic types of accommodation. From Villa Padiglione’s grand frescoes, warming fireplace and sweeping views to Villa Ottagonale’s intriguing salon, marble wanders and dreamy glasshouse; expect to be awestruck at La Foleia. Villa Padiglione is A neoclassical pavilion, with large windows that open onto a stairway that accompany you into the lake.

Casa Verbena

"... if they're not crazy, we don't want them...". We are located in a remote and quiet street of the Mombello di Laveno Hamlet, 3 km from the lake, but we overlook it from the hill with a beautiful view. The apartment is small but very cozy. As of April 1, 2023, there is a tourist tax. The cost is €1.50 (per night, per person) for a maximum of 7 days. Children under 14 are excluded.
