18 m² equipped studio located in a former wine estate on the heights of Cambes, 20 km from Bordeaux. The setting is green and private parking is available for your use. The property includes a small theater and performances take place on Friday nights, Saturday nights or Sunday afternoons. This house is in our property 15 km from the center of Bordeaux, in the heart of the vineyards. It is a very quiet place, not overlooked but yet close to the city and traffic routes. Several guests have told us that the place is a very good base for visiting the area. The house rented (where our children used to live) was completely renovated as of 2017. It is equipped with all modern comforts.
