Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Baunei

Giovanna's house is a little gem. Wonderfully restored, with many lovingly selected details and amenities that leave nothing to be desired. Excellent beds (not always a given in Italy), in which you can sleep well because you don't hear any traffic on the main road of Baunei. The evening view from the rooftop terrace is breathtaking. The parking space in the yard is also worth gold, but the car should not be too long, because often people park across from it. However, you can easily park the car at the end of the village in a public square. When, towards the end of our stay, the water supply in Baunei was a bit stagnant due to the drought, Giovanna was immediately available and sent someone over to switch to the water reserve (a large cistern on the property). Otherwise, the contact was also very pleasant. We really fell in love with the house and will definitely be back!

We spent wonderful days and enjoyed the apartment with all your amenities very much. The view is fantastic, the apartment was very clean at the time of handover and you felt right at home.

We loved our stay at Antonio/Marco's place is peaceful among the olive trees, ideally located between sea and mountain. The accommodation is modern, very clean, has all the amenities . Thank you to our hosts for their responsiveness and guidance. we highly recommend this accommodation.

We had a wonderful stay at Matteo's house, which is nestled on a hill surrounded by bushes and rocks, offering a truly private retreat. The beautiful views from the property added to the overall charm of our experience. There is decent outdoor space for sunbathing, complete with an outdoor shower and a grill, making it perfect for enjoying the sunshine. The spacious driveway can easily accommodate several cars, which is a great convenience. The sandy and quiet beach is only about a 20-minute walk away, enhancing the location's appeal. A lovely touch was the bottle of wine left by the owner, along with a few snacks, coffee, and tea, which we could enjoy for breakfast since this was our first stop and we hadn’t had a chance to buy any food on the way. The beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. However, we did encounter a little issue with water pressure, which might be problematic if you’re looking to wash your hair. Overall, it was a lovely getaway in a serene setting.

We stayed at Vittorio and Paola’s place in Girasole for four weeks and couldn’t have been happier. The apartment was beautiful, exceptionally clean, and perfectly located – peaceful but close to everything. There are stunning beaches, great restaurants, and tons of activities nearby. We felt completely at home from day one and would come back in a heartbeat. Highly recommended!

We stayed for 4 days in this house, where we felt welcomed with so much affection and warmth. The owners Angela and efisio are two kind and loving people, who offer an apartment with a wonderful garden. The house really has everything you need, it is immersed in a beautiful quiet area but within walking distance of the city center. We will definitely return because Orosei and its people have a really big heart!

A big favorite for Gina's house! It is full of charm, atypical as we like, very well located (close to the most beautiful beaches on the island and the mountain! ), very well equipped (especially in the kitchen! Happiness for those who love to cook!). We loved using the grill and terrace! Despite the lack of air conditioning, we were not warm even in the middle of August. Gina is extremely kind and welcomed us very warmly! We felt right at home! Thank you very much Gina! We'll be happy to come back! 😊

Such a wonderful stay in a beautiful location-we did not want to leave! Antonio is a perfect host with plenty of local knowledge and is easily contactable with any needs you may require, and his wine is truly exceptional. We very much look forward to returning.

Great place to stay if you’re spending time in Cala Gonone. Five minutes walk to a beach, close to a grocery store, and twenty minute walk to grab a boat to visit all the beaches in the Gulf of Orosei.

We are climbers and this place was in a perfect location between Ullasai and Padra Longa. The apartment was clean, cosy, super quiet and beautiful views. The host was super friendly, very accommodating to our needs and we very much liked all the oranges we were given. We will definitely return for more climning. The place was perfect for us. We liked the accommodation in Santa Maria Navarrese very much, especially the roof terrace was an absolute highlight. It is large, nicely shaded and offers a great view of the sea. We enjoyed having every meal outdoors there. The location is ideal to explore the region around Baunei, and both the restaurants and the beach are within walking distance. The communication with the landlords was via a common messenger service, was friendly, efficient and even in German. The fact that an ice-cooled Ichnusa was waiting for us as a welcome gift in the fridge was great – we felt immediately welcome!

We spent a week at Giuseppe’s place over Easter break. He greeted us to let us in and show the features and workings of the property. We thought the location was perfect and the kids loved the hot tub. 10-15 min walk to restaurants, groceries, and a few shops. Giuseppe was very responsive when we had several questions via messaging. The bathroom was newly renovated and the place has an updated feel while still maintaining the look of a nice Italian villa. The property was well equipped with basics plus some extras like some beach chairs, mats, toys, etc. The outdoor shower with hot water was very useful. We strongly recommend this place!

Very nice apartment, beautifully decorated with lots of details. The kitchen was equipped with some basics (salt, pepper, oil etc.) which was very convenient. Marina is a very friendly and proactive host. We enjoyed our stay very much!

I had an absolutely fantastic stay! The place was spotless, and exactly as described. Elisabetta was super nice and made check-in a breeze. Every little detail was thoughtfully arranged. We had a great stay at Giannina's Apartment. Marco was friendly and very quick with responses. Orchid apartment is right in the middle of the Bari Sardo. It's fully equiped, very clean and has more than enough space for four people. You can unload your luggage right next to it and leave your car just around the corner, on the free street parking lot. Thank you for having us!

We had a great week at the accommodation. It is very nice and large enough for a family with two children. The terrace is lovely. The accommodation is located on a quiet street with parking space. You have to take the car for all activities, the surroundings are not suitable for walking. The Gulf of Orosei from Arbatax is splendid! We also recommend Lido di Orri beach, beautiful!

It has been a pleasure staying in this Airbnb. Maria is so nice and welcoming. She had kindly bought some snacks for our arrival. The check in and out went very smoothly as she is very flexible and responsive. The flat is well located and furnished with all the amenities needed. This is a little gem, top notch, Anna’s place is one of the best air bnb apartments we stayed at! Beautifully decorated, extremely clean, lots of supplies in the kitchen, including a delicious welcoming gift! Very comfortable bed and pillows, quiet area with absolutely fantastic views from the terrace and the front balcony, just like the pictures! Very walkable to town and to hiking trails. We stayed in Maria Giuseppina's apartment with our small child and felt very comfortable there. The accommodation was spotlessly clean, check-in and communication went wonderfully. A nearby parking space was always available. We were particularly pleased with Maria Giuseppina's willingness to accommodate a very late check-out, which meant we were able to make much better use of the last day before the ferry departed - thank you very much!
