Recently renovated building for exclusive use, divided into 4 levels. On the ground floor, we have a full kitchen, a fireplace (decorative only) and a bathroom. In the basement, there is a room (no windows) with a double bed, a small sofa and a full bathroom. On the 1st floor, there is a room with a kitchen, a wood-burning stove (decorative only), a sofa bed for 2 people, a balcony and a full bathroom. Finally, on the terrace, we have outdoor furniture under a gazebo and a built-in grill.

The Tower

"La Torre" (The Tower) is located in the historic center of Baunei, with attention to every detail respecting the Sardinian tradition without sacrificing the maximum comfort. The house is on three levels, equipped with Wi-Fi, has three double bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom, and a terrace for the exclusive use of guests, equipped with outdoor kitchen and barbecue. All rooms are equipped with TV, air conditioning and a mini fridge. The internal kitchen is fully equipped.

An old building built in 1800, in an artisanal style just renovated, rigorously handmade and in every detail, with materials (such as wood and stone) that our territory offers. Located 5 km from the beautiful Cala Goloritzè, you can enjoy the beauty of the most beautiful beach in Italy, while 7 km away you can enjoy the charming Golgo Plateau.

Aunt Maria Veneranda's house

The house of Aunt Maria Veneranda is located in Baunei 50 m from the main street a few steps from all amenities. It's a characteristic detached house on two levels. The recent renovation was carried out by applying the architectural principles of the ancient Baunian houses and with the use of traditional materials: the terracotta, the wooden beams, the juniper and the wrought iron that permeate the house of an ancient charm.

Grandparents' house

Ideal place for excursions to Goloritzè, Golgo and Supramonte, and for climbing routes (difficulty routes from 4a to 8b+). Quiet and cool house with private parking, Wi-Fi (free) throughout the house with large outdoor spaces where you can spend days in absolute relaxation. Apartment consisting of a kitchen-living room (equipped with dishes, microwave, coffee maker, etc.), a bedroom, a private bathroom with shower stall.

Dommu Agostina

Dommu Agostina is the ideal solution for travelers who want to enjoy their holidays in absolute relaxation; the house is centrally located, a short walk from the main services (bus, bar, market, ATM and restaurants). The house offers a large panoramic veranda with an adjacent lawn.
