Our house "Lou Capelan", a stone house with Provençal charm. Located in the heart of the village of "Baudinard sur Verdon", on the pretty church square, it offers a friendly and relaxing atmosphere. For an aperitif, dinner or a reading break, enjoy the terrace in the shade of the large chestnut tree and let yourself be intoxicated by the gentle warmth of summer and the sound of swallows. It will take you less than 10 minutes to reach the shores of Lake Sainte-Croix and swim in its turquoise waters.

A refined decoration where noble materials and rock create subtle harmonies, experience the special features of the troglodyte habitat: calm, comfort and originality. 1 hour from Aix, Marseille, the beaches of the Var coast, and 40 minutes from the Verdon Gorges.

Mon appartement a été entièrement rénové début 2023! Je vous propose de séjourner dans un studio refait avec goût pour vos prochaines vacances dans le sud, à Port Grimaud. Avec vue vue imprenable sur les canaux , vous profitez du soleil dès le matin sur la terrasse puis aurez la possibilité d'aller vous promener et d'accéder à la plage qui est à moins de 10mins (800 mètres) à pied seulement de l'appartement. Une place de parking privative vous permettra d'être garé en face du studio.

Gite Le Chardon 3 bedrooms

Very close to the Sainte Croix lake, Le Chardon is located in the small village of Baudinard sur Verdon, 5 minutes from the lake. The flat is very comfortable for 1 to 6 people with 160cm beds. It offers a fantastic view over the valley, much appreciated by all our guests. WiFi is available free of charge. There are two tennis courts and a children's park 3 minutes away. Pets are only allowed with prior authorisation, at a cost of €10 per stay. We hope to see you soon.

We welcome you with pleasure in our small cosy studio fully equipped in a residence a few minutes from the Lac de Sainte Croix ! Direct access to the lake on foot or by car, as well as the Verdon Gorges and all activities around. You have at no extra cost bed linen, shower towels, gloves, kitchen towel, duvet, pillows, throw blanket and even the blanket for your pooch! The studio is rated 1 star furnished tourist star by Atout France!

Wonderful view of Lake Ste Croix

This large studio, its private terrace and its adjoining wooded and quiet land offer you a superb view of the lake with changing colors and the pretty village of Bauduen, less than 2 km away. (Nice little restaurants!). It's a 5-minute walk to the lake, small forests and close to many trails. This bright 38 m2 studio (5 windows!) is located on a small green hill, accessible by a staircase next to my house. Pets are welcome.

Rock house

🏠 Pretty 42m2 stone cottage located at the top of the village of Bauduen next to the church. Former sheepfold, it is leaning on a large apparent rock that makes it its originality. 🪨 The neighborhood is quiet and has a nice view of the lake from the bedroom. The beach as well as shops and restaurants are accessible by foot at the bottom of the village (5 minutes down, 10 up: muscular gambettes insured!👟)
