Vacation rentals with beach access in Bauduen

This place was amazing! 10/10 our favourite airbnb EVER… and we have stayed at close to 50! A fully functioning and well equipped place that felt like home to us! Host/Co-Host were quick and easy to communicate with. Comfortable bed, quiet complex. Easy access to the ocean and town and all kinds of great sights nearby. We will surely return!

This place is so perfect! Convenient location, private, quiet, safe, beautifully decorated, comfortable bed, nice linens, great kitchen with everything you need. The outdoor area is so lovely with so much space for lounging and a full dining table set up. The bikes made it so easy to get to and from St Tropez quickly but the walk was quite nice as well. Jean Louis was very helpful in her communication preparing for the trip and was so sweet and responsive during our stay. One of the best air b&b stays I have had. Thank you Jean Louis!

We had a very nice week. The apartment is perfectly as described: it is very clean, well-equipped, bright…perfect for a family. The apartment is also very well located for exploring the coast or hiking in the surrounding area (many trails are within walking distance). Finally, Aldo's welcome and hospitality are very nice.

We are very satisfied! Due to a severe storm, there were some problems (water, power failure), but we were immediately offered the opportunity to switch to a hotel for one night. We stayed and got reimbursed for it. The communication went very well and the value for money is also great.

Had a great time at this apartment. The location is ideal, close to everything with a sea view. The apartment is very clean, extremely well decorated with quality amenities, which made me feel at home from the time I arrived. A special mention for the host, very responsive and attentive, who went above and beyond to make our stay even more enjoyable. I had a great time in Caroline's apartment. She is an excellent host, offering detailed information for check in and always responding promptly. The location of the apartment is ideal being only a stone’s throw from a lovely beach and a short walk into Ste Maxime. It has an east facing terrace, offering the sun in the morning and shade during the hottest parts of the day. I hope to visit again.

We very much liked the stay here; one of the very best locations in the old town! Perfect for a family of 4 with kids old enough to easily climb stairs themselves and young enough to not be at their tallest (vs the ceiling). There are quite some stairs to get to the appartment (also in it) yet that did not bother us. The view from one of the bedroom windows is just fantastic. Best to keep windows closed at night, yet two ACs work perfectly. Overall great place!

Beautiful house, very well located, everything is within walking distance, many restaurants and shops accessible between 5 and 10 minutes, two beaches within 10 minutes. NB: Parking space a little narrow if you have a big car.

We had the pleasure of spending a week with Marie-Anne and were very warmly welcomed by her. She fully respects the privacy of her guests and is always available quickly and helpfully for any questions. The pool and garden were released for our own use, which we really liked. The location of the property is quiet and pleasant, perfect for relaxing, and at the same time an ideal starting point for excursions in the area. The apartment fully corresponds to the pictures and offers all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay.

The house has a really great location, you can easily get both in the direction of Cannes/Nice/Monaco as well as in the direction of St Tropez. If you prefer to be in nature, the area offers great nature for excursions in addition to the cities and beaches. The house is cozy, has a great view towards the sea and into the hilly hinterland and is very quiet in a gated community. Particularly noteworthy is Alena as a hostess, she responds very quickly and is always helpful and strives to ensure that the guests are doing well and is very warm in her dealings. The house is really nice and also has modern decor. Above all, we enjoyed the table outside very much. Everything was there in the description. The location of the house is also very good. You can quickly walk to the beach (about 10 minutes). Communication with Justine also went very well.

Philippe has a wonderful apartment with the most amazing view of the Gulf of St. Tropez and, as well, a beautiful well manicured infinity pool which is shared with the neighbour. We really enjoyed this Airbnb and would strongly recommend. The 4 of us enjoyed a home-made dinner which we prepared in the well equipped albeit tiny kitchen. I would mention that St. Tropez itself is a lovely wee town but parking was impossible on the mid week day we were there, so we had to modify our day to spend along the beautiful coast line along the western and northern parts of the Gulf. Overall, an excellent Airbnb stay.

Ciria is a kind, friendly and helpful HOST. The apartment is located less than a 10-minute walk from the main beach of Sainte-Maxime. The apartment is spacious, bright, very clean, very tidy and equipped with every comfort. Probably the cleanest apartment of all the ones we've stayed in in the last 10 years. You can eat inside or outside on a large balcony. In summer, the air conditioner is available and the windows work very well because they isolate perfectly from noise. In addition, from a practical point of view (we can call it a real "plus") you can park your car inside a huge garage, a few minutes walk from the apartment. Really convenient. You can completely forget about your car!!! We will be happy to come back because it was a very pleasant stay. 5 deserved stars!!!

Very nice and functional apartment, a very large terrace, a parking space, a quiet environment with harbor views, everything is there! Finally, Agnès is a very kind and responsive host, I would highly recommend it!

Jean michel was a super friendly host and the apartment is in a prime location! Upon arrival we were a little later than expected. We were able to leave our suitcases and he dropped us off at a restaurant on the beach. After half an hour we were picked up again and we got a tour of the apartment. He informed us of all the activities and attractions in the neighborhood. Also, he offered to take us at a table in a crowded restaurant as he knew the owner. Upon departure, it turned out that we were delayed. Unfortunately, we could not stay longer because the apartment was already rented. He thought along with us and suggested multiple options. He ended up dropping us off at my sister's place. In short, a great host! This accommodation is definitely recommended!

On a roadtrip, this peaceful and secure environment was the backbone of my wide explorations of the area. The apartment is clean and well kept. Its amenities and space are efficiently arranged/organized. The sea view is this little extra that amazes you as soon as you wake up! Local merchants are affable, and the offer is enough to compensate for daily needs. Including a few very nice restaurants. Available, Axel is welcoming and very friendly. Her written explanations, as well as her verbal advice when hosting, are accurate and effective. I highly recommend.
