Pleasant stay in the accommodation with a nice garden to enjoy the outdoors. The kitchen area is new and well appointed. The residence, with caretaker, is very well maintained, and offers other outdoor spaces. The city center and the seaside (GR) are easily accessible on foot, with beautiful walks nearby. Good communication with the host. I would recommend this place without hesitation.

I had a very nice stay of almost three weeks at Antoine's apartment. The apartment is very well located in Batz, very cozy, faithful to the photos, well equipped and very pleasant to stay in. I will definitely come back and highly recommend this listing.

Very good stay in this studio. It is well equipped, functional, very well located in the city center and a 5-minute walk to a small beach. Only downside, there is no free network and Bouygues and the wifi given by the host has very bad reception (you have to be next to the window) We'll be happy to go back! 😊
