Monthly Rentals in Batumi

This apartment is a great deal. I was looking for a place specifically in this area. Apartment is very stylish, has nice appliances and all the furniture you need, whether you are coming to work or on holiday. Hosts are very responsive and friendly. Check in and check out are swift and easy. The only downside for me was that the roller blinds do not block the light in the bedroom, so I was woken up by the sun quite a bit earlier than I would prefer. It might not be a problem for a lot of people though.

Not a Superhost, but a super-duper host! Thank you very much, Nikita and Lasha, for the hospitable reception, for the beautiful apartments: cozy, comfortable, convenient. I stayed in them for a little more than a month and would live further if I did not have to leave)) A little at night it was sometimes noisy outside the window because of the neighborhood with massage parlors, but this did not bother me:) The apartment had everything you need for a comfortable life and even more: thank you for preparing dishwashing liquid, cloths, soap, hygienic all sorts of things, tea, coffee, oil. Thank you for always being in touch and letting us know in advance about the gas outage in the city. In general, I highly recommend the guys and their apartments!

I stayed 4 months in this studio. It has everything needed, for cold days too. The host was very responsive, Anda covered all my questions very quick and she was very friendly. At the same time the apartment is quite used, but clean and very comfortable. Also there is a spectacular view. I would definitely come back here. Thank you.
