I really enjoyed my stay at Seo’s apartment! The apartment has a wonderful view of both the sea and the city, which we could enjoy from the large balcony, definitely one of the highlights. The place was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Seo was a great host, and I would happily recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Batumi.

Svetlana is just wonderful; very kind and accommodating. the place is also stocked up with everything you need-- I was really happy to see amenities such as toilet paper, laundry detergent, dish soap, etc-- it makes a HUGE difference. she's very friendly and our stay was very comfortable. thank you!

Everything was really good, it's very convinient for long stay, there is everything you need. Apartment has spacious space. It's not far away from sea, 5-10 minutes of walk. There are groceries and caffes. The hosts are very nice and responsive. I was not lucky with the weather, it was very cold comparible for this region (+1..+3) and there was snowfall (extremely unusal), therefore it was cold in apartment, eapecially in bedroom and toilet. In usual winter weather for Batumi, it should be pretty comfortable. There is no elvators in the building, it could be a problem for aged and people with disability.

Felt right at home in the apartment. Thanks for having me! Apartment was spacious, has a full size fridge, portable washing line, bathroom toiletries provided but bring your own kitchen cleaning and drying supplies. Enjoyed cooking. The bathroom sink has space on either side to organise your toiletries. Fairly peaceful. Bins outside building are left as you exit. Pedestrian crossing to seaside is at end of street (left side). Would love a tv that I can cast Netflix to. Reception has waves of busyness. Would stay again

We loved this house! It is close to all the amenities, to the grocery store, to the boardwalk and kids’ parks, yet it is extremely private with lots of room for the kids to play inside and outside in the yard and to have intimate family dinners outside. Our family of 8 (mom, dad, 4 children and grandparents) had more than enough room. The best part of the stay though was our warm, helpful and welcoming hostess. We are so thankful to have found this place and will forever cherish precious family memories made here.

The place was new, it’s far from Batumi but we liked our stay, everything was clean and new, I asked for instructions to the place since the location wasn’t much of help, the owner responded quickly and provided instructions to how to reach, there was an issue with the hotel water the first day we reached, the owner did come and fixed the issue. The only down side was one of the toilets seems to preserve any smell it had and it takes long to get rid of the smell.

Perfect location, very clean and nice place

The accommodation was as described. It features a very spacious living room, a kitchen, and 2 large bedrooms. There is ample furniture, making it suitable for a large family to comfortably stay. The kitchen is also equipped with all the necessary amenities. The views from the windows are magnificent. The hosts are very responsive and quick to address any questions. You will also have the opportunity to sit in the courtyard and enjoy a cup of coffee with this wonderful family. The dog and cat were equally friendly. A store with a wide assortment is located 200 meters away. Overall, if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city, you will like it here.

I would like to especially thank the owners for their friendliness and warmth. ) It was very important for us to have a yard as we traveled with children - they needed space for games and other pranks. Everything in the house was good for us. It was especially convenient to have a lot of bathrooms (we traveled with six).

I stayed in Batumi several times in the apartment, but this apartment is the most cozy and spacious. Perfectly blown due to drafts, well lit. There is everything you need, including dishes, air conditioning, iron, ironing board, spacious wardrobe and so on. The hosts are hospitable people, very pleasant to communicate with. The photos correspond to reality, but the balcony is actually even more cozy. Of the shortcomings, I can only note weak Wi-Fi. However, it's nothing for a vacation!

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Gonio, Georgia. Everything was just as described in the listing and matched the photos perfectly. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. One of the nice touches was the inflatable ring and a sun umbrella, which came in handy for beach days. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing stay by the sea.

A cozy, compact apartment in a wonderful location. Perfectly suited for two people. There’s a freight elevator, so carrying luggage is no problem at all. The host is excellent and communicates very well.

We had organized a family reunion, everyone had found a place. There were a total of five of us with a toddler. The terrace is wonderful for relaxing, you have an unobstructed view of the sea and look directly at the sunset. The property is equipped with the necessary inventory, you can prepare something yourself or visit one of the restaurants, which are a few minutes' walk away. The owner was easily accessible and also quickly organized a baby crib for us. All in all, we were satisfied with the accommodation.

The apartment is quite satisfied. The apartment is near the construction site. There is a faucet in front of the windows to the left. If you do not check in with toilet paper, shampoo or soap. It was possible to refill for a moderate amount. Unfortunately I didn't have a shampoo, just a shower gel.

I loved the flat. Beautiful view from the 32nd floor. I arrived in October and it was not too busy. The flat is very well organized, no clutter, comfy bed with excellent mattrass, good bathroom with washing machine and it was quiet at night. You can still hear the music and fireworks at night but the windows and door insulate most of the noise from outside. Check-in was very easy. Staff spoke decent English, which was helpful. There are also some decent shops nearby. Across the street there are two small supermarkets a bigger supermarket is 5 minutes away and it is only a short walk from the 24 hour Aroma Cafe on the beach. Communication was good. Excellent value for money. I liked everything. I would love to go back one day.

We stayed here for 2 weeks and it was a good stay. This is just 5 mins away from the beach. Mariam is very responsive and helped us whenever needed. Few things to note: 1. The apartment has city view and very little sea view. The photo shown is the listing is incorrect. We were a bit disappointed as we booked the property after seeing the view only. 2. The building is quite old and has 2 lifts (one of them were not working 50% of the time). Sometimes we had to wait a lot to go up and down. Flat is on 21st floor so couldn’t use stairs.
