Gold Penthouse Panorama | Duplex-Front Sea View

The 26th floor is the top one with direct, panoramic views of the sea. The building is located directly by the sea, 20 meters from the beach. Near the house there is the largest mall, as well as many restaurants, cafes, a water park and children's attractions.  Two-storey apartment with an area of 100 sq.m. with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a dressing room. Heated floors throughout the entire area and air conditioning in each room separately.  The renovation was completed in June 2024.

Sheer curtains frame a doorway leading to a balcony. Outside, a modern building with prominent architectural features stands in view, partially obscured by green foliage. The soft textures of the curtains contrast with the structured lines of the exterior.

BS apartment with separate bedroom and balcony

The apartment is situated in new elit apartment block with a good location. Kldiashvili street is situated close to Sheraton hotel and main attractions but it is very quiet. Near the apartment block there are central park, sea beach, boulevard, historical center of Batumi. In 300m from studio you will find a supermarket. There are many cafes and restaurants of Georgian and European cuisine in this area. The studio has new modern renovation and all the necessaries for a comfortable stay.

Family apartment with two separate bedrooms

Welcome to my family apartment in Batumi - Family Home. I tried to fill the apartment with everything necessary for a comfortable stay, including with children. The key advantages are two separate bedrooms, hotel-level Queen size mattresses, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a coffee maker, a comfortable sofa, a large bathroom with a shower and a washing machine, a large balcony from where you can see the famous Batumi sunsets and a little bit of Adjara mountains.

A bright sleeping area features a spacious bed adorned with soft linens and colorful pillows. Large windows allow natural light to fill the room, with sheer curtains framing the view. A cozy seating area includes a green sofa and a wooden chair, complementing the warm tones of the decor.
