Very comfortable apartment with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Located on the waterfront, it is easy to get to the historic area of Batumi by Bolt or Taxi. Restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The development has a large swimming pool. Easy communication with the owners. Totally recommended

I had a fantastic stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a great location. She was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making check-in easy and stress-free. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like snacks and city map. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Comfy apartment for both short and long stay. Recommended

My wife and I rented Temur's flat for about 2 months and we were both very satisfied with our decision. First off, the interior of the flat is expertly built and the quality is very high, including the appliances. The flat is large and fit for entertaining guests with all the stylish furniture, plates, and cups Temur has in place. There was one previous review that mentioned an issue with slow internet. This issue has been addressed and the speed is very good now. During our long stay we only had one maintenance issue which unfortunately happened late and night, around 11pm. Temur immediately responded and came to fix the issue himself. Temur was very responsive to any questions or issues we had throughout the stay. He also works nearby so that is an added benefit. The location is great. The building itself was kept very clean and in good order. Overall our stay was excellent and I would highly recommend staying with Temur.

Badri has a beautiful place, which is just next to the batumi botanical garden. So you’re super near to the city yet situated in a lush and calm place. The view is 10/10.

Great place to stay in Batumi.Apartment has everything you would need for a short stay. Close to beach and promenade,supermarket ,shops and restaurants.The only slight negative is the poor soundproofing but that is due to the building and no fault of the host.

The heating 🔥 is not cold! The view from the windows is super, the 11th floor. Everything is clean, the owner is hospitable. We stayed for 7 days, the three of us with a child, we were pleased with the presence of children's toys. Thank you very much!

Lena is very nice and helpfull host. Apartment was very clean. Nice place for summer holidays becasue of 3 swimming pools to choose. Nice local restaurants in close area. You need car to reach this place. Good place to see Batumi and stay for week or two. Recommended.

The location is great. We liked the apartment as it was well-equipped and child-friedly. Zurab and Irma were very helpful and nice hosts. Clear recommendation!

This was an amazing experience! The apartment is located in the best resort I have ever been in the region, with multiple swimming pools, restaurants, aqua park, beach bars, private beach, tennis courts etc. Apartment itself is spacious, with the balcony and sea view and fully furnished with all necessities. Both living room and bedroom, are equipped with TVs. Host was very helpful and responsive, gave us also very good and helpful tips. In overall we had an amazing time there and the price was also great! Definitely recommend to everyone. In my view it is the best place to stay in Adjara region.

Everything was wonderful. Comfortable apartment with good view and convenient location. There are a lot of good restaurants and shops nearby. The apartment had everything you need.

My wife and I really liked it - the room is clean , the Internet is very fast and comfortable for watching movies , the shower is comfortable, without jumping from cold to hot. All appliances in the room are working , air conditioning is working, the balcony is chic for work , if you take out the chair there. Thank You !

Andrew's place was just perfect to stay at. The accommodation has a great sea view, very cosy and well equipped, close to the beach, restaurants, shopping mall. Andrew is very polite and easy to communicate with. Will definitely be recommended to anyone who is looking for perfect place in Batumi.

Anna is a great host. The check-in was well organized. Excellent apartment on the 2nd floor. A beautiful balcony with a sofa and armchairs and a dining table were built on the territory by another large beautiful pool, as in 5* hotels. Also, a supermarket , a pharmacy and a souvenir shop opened on the territory Many beautiful fountains and places where you can enjoy beautiful views (Skye bar 19th floor floor ).

The villa is exceptional, as described. The house is spacious, there is a wonderful lawn where we had a picnic. The house is in a very calm and quiet area, clean air, beautiful mountains and not far from the shore. The kitchen is equipped with all appliances. The host of the house helped with the rental of the car. He also talked about the nearby attractions. Thank you so much for your hospitality. We will be happy to stay in this house next time.

Very nice house with a large living room, terrace with sun loungers and umbrellas)))as well as with an outdoor dining area) Clean, large kitchen. Beautiful view of the sea and the mountains) clean cozy rooms, fresh bedding and towels))Warm welcome and hospitality of hosts)) The only thing is that it is a bit high , for walking distance to the beach) With a car, the perfect option.
