All infrastructure, including restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, bus stop are near the house. There are also vegetable markets nearby, where every day you can buy fresh Georgian cheese, aromatic spices, seasonal vegetables and fruits. In 6-8 minutes walk there is a cable car, and to the boulevard, coastal area and beach 10-15 minutes walk

The key advantages are two separate bedrooms, hotel-level Queen size mattresses, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a coffee maker, a comfortable sofa, a large bathroom with a shower and a washing machine, a large balcony from where you can see the famous Batumi sunsets and a little bit of Adjara mountains.

The loft type apartment is located in the cultural heritage building in the center of Batumi. The loft has a large terrace full of exotic plants where you can have a pleasant breakfasts and relaxing evenings. It takes max 10 minutes time (1 km of walking distance) to the beach passing by Nurigeli Lake. Large space is filled with lots of sun light and fresh air. Loft especially will be enjoyed by family (parents plus two kids), ideal for three friends and couples.
