Panorama Wide Sea View

The 26th floor is the top one with direct, panoramic views of the sea. The building is located directly by the sea, 20 meters from the beach. Near the house there is the largest mall, as well as many restaurants, cafes, a water park and children's attractions.  Two-storey apartment with an area of 100 sq.m. with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a dressing room. Heated floors throughout the entire area and air conditioning in each room separately.  The renovation was completed in June 2024.

The bedroom features a spacious bed with crisp white linens, positioned near a freestanding bathtub. A large window allows natural light to enter while offering views of the sea and city. Dark curtains frame the window, and decorative plants are placed in the corner.
