Это прекрасная квартира в блоке С Batumi View. Новое современное здание, море в 1 минуте, набережная прекрасная и конечно же парк. Сама квартира полностью соответствует фото, очень стильная и не такая, как все. Нам очень понравилось. Большой плюс, что есть не только стиральная, но еще и сушильная машина. ну и конечно посудомоечная тоже.

Просторная квартира с тремя отдельными спальнями, двумя санузлами и большой общей гостиной-кухней. В квартире есть все необходимое. Удобное расположение, рядом с пляжем. Рядом много кафе, ресторанов, магазины, торговый центр. Хозяин всегда на связи. При заселении подарили вино и сладости, очень приятно. Отличное соотношение цена-качество. Рекомендую эти апартаменты к выбору!

Irina işini severek yapan çok dost canlısı ve profesyonel birisi. Sorulara çok hızlı ve anlaşılır cevap veriyor. İçerisi mükemmel derecede temiz ve düzenliydi. Yerin konumu ve giriş çıkışı da çok iyi. Bir daha gelsem yine düşünmeden kalırım. Irina işini zevkle ve hobi olarak yapan birisi gibi. Kendisini tebrik ederim.

Мы очень рады, что поселились в квартире у Alex. Все было чисто, квартира удобно расположена совсем близко с центром города. Есть 2 балкона. В каждой спальне были кондиционеры, что спасало нас в жару. Хороший и предупредительный хозяин. Встретил нас на вокзале, довез до дома и помог занести вещи на 6 этаж, что избавило нас от логистических проблем. А при выезде разрешил оставить вещи до вечера. Благодаря этому мы получили возможность еще раз искупаться в море и погулять по городу, за что ему отдельное спасибо! В целом, нам понравилось жилье Алекса и мы будем рады приехать сюда еще раз.

we stay at Larica place as a couple . for both of us was fantastic . nice cosy and clean apartment very comfy bed and great bathroom . all You need in a kitchen and balcony makes You feel so good . BTW . on bottom floor there is cafeteria good food and very cheap. stuff on reception very helpful too. great time for us in Larisa place 😉

I truly enjoyed my stay at this beautiful apartment. Everything was exactly as described — clean, cozy, and with the most amazing sea view. L’appartement est neuf et hyper confortable, la vue sur la mer noire sublime. Seule ombre au tableau l’hôte, qui devrait vraiment faire quelques efforts. Déjà il ne parle pas un mot d’anglais et lors du check out il a recompté les peignoirs, les serviettes, les bols, les assiettes, les verres, les fourchettes et l’unique couteau sans décrocher le moindre sourire.

Edo was an excellent host and the house was very clean, well kept, and we had everything we needed. We would definitely recommend this home to anyone else and know that Edo will do what he can to take care of you. In addition, there were plenty of dishes for our large family, dish detergent, laundry detergent, coffee, tea, an expresso machine with the capsules, and two dishwashers.

I am the first one to rent this room after renovation, so everything is new. This is the only room in a standalone house, located in a quiet neighborhood. There are plenty of bakeries and groceries within 5 min walk, as well as couple of pubs and large supermarkets. The beach and some good restaurants are within 15 min walk. The room is well-equipped, internet is fast and reliable. Cosy private balcony with garden view. And there is a real fireplace for a special vibe! Though you don't have to use the fireplace constantly as the room quickly gets quite warm with a gas heater (they call it karma). The host and his parents who live next door are very hospitable and kind people. The only drawback is a noisy building construction site 300 m away (like almost everywhere in Batumi), though the noise is tolerable. Highly recommend this hidden gem! Will definitely return.

The accommodation was as described. It features a very spacious living room, a kitchen, and 2 large bedrooms. There is ample furniture, making it suitable for a large family to comfortably stay. The kitchen is also equipped with all the necessary amenities. The views from the windows are magnificent. The hosts are very responsive and quick to address any questions. You will also have the opportunity to sit in the courtyard and enjoy a cup of coffee with this wonderful family. The dog and cat were equally friendly. A store with a wide assortment is located 200 meters away. Overall, if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city, you will like it here.

Мы останавливались у Бачо на неделю и всё прошло замечательно. Апартаменты очень удобные, есть всё, что нужно для комфортного проживания. За кресло-качалку отдельный респект :)) и на мой взгляд, самое главное - Бачо очень отзывчивый, добрый хозяин, который всегда идёт навстречу и поможет со всеми вопросами. Он всегда был на связи, в день приезда встретил нас в 6 утра, поделился рекомендациями относительно кафе и транспорта. Всё прошло супер, максимально удобно и спокойно. Დიდი მადლობა! Peace ☮️

Das Apartment war einfach super – schön eingerichtet, gemütlich und mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht. Die Gegend ist total ruhig, perfekt zum Abschalten. Und trotzdem ist man mit dem Auto ruckzuck im Zentrum. Die Gastgeber waren unglaublich freundlich, herzlich und aufmerksam. Schon bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir mit frisch zubereitetem türkischen Kaffee und einem köstlichen Eiskaffee begrüßt – ein wunderschöner Start! Während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts haben sie sich sehr bemüht, dass es uns an nichts fehlt. Wenn es mehr als 5 Sterne geben würde, hätten sie diese absolut verdient! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Спасибо большое, это был отличный дом для нас, бвло все, даже одноразовые зубные щетки, было все предусмотрено хозяином. Локация просто отличная, все очень близко. 4 спальни, 3 санузла гостиная, кухня балкон. Однозначно к рекомендации.

Apartamento novo, moderno e muito bem localizado, perfeito para uma estadia confortável. Além da proximidade com mercados e restaurantes, o prédio conta com uma loja de bolos e café, o que foi um grande diferencial. A experiência foi ótima, e com certeza me hospedaria novamente. Recomendo!

Прекрасная квартира с отличным видом на горы и море, в квартире есть абсолютно все для комфортной жизни и отдыха, парой, одному или с детьми. Хозяева квартиры были к нам очень добры, внимательны и гостепримны, наверное лучше придумать просто невозможно. Однозначно рекомендую!

I had a great stay at Sophie & Gega’s apartment in Batumi. The location is perfect—close to everything, with shops and locals around instead of big hotels. The apartment has everything you need, like good cooking supplies, quality dishes, hair tools, and even a clothes steamer, which I really appreciated. The bed is very comfortable and the internet did not let me down. To get to the apartment, you go through a shared entryway connected to a super nice family. Sophie & Gega provide detailed instructions with pictures, so finding your way is easy. The apartment is really spacious, and I think it would be amazing in the summer. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay here again.

Провели в этой квартире неделю. Очень понравилось. Вид из окна - потрясающий! Пляж - ближе не бывает. В квартире очень комфортно находиться. Завтракали на балконе с видом на море. По вечерам иногда бывает шумно от музыки, но в основном это приятный шум волн и стрекот цикад. В следующее свое посещение планирую рассматривать эту же квартиру.

Апартаментом вполне довольны. Апартаменты возле стройки. Перед окнами левее кран стоит. Если Вы заселяетесь не пополняют ни туалетной бумагой, ни шампунем, ни мылом. Можно было за умеренную сумму пополнить. К сожалению, у меня не было шампуня, только гель для душа.

Frida is an incredibly kind and truly helpful host. The flat's prime location near stores and restaurants makes it one of the best spots in Batumi. It's also ideal for long-term stays. Highly recommended, you won't be disappointed👍
