Vacation rentals with a patio in Batson Creek

We had a wonderful time at Little Trevio. The apartment itself is very clean and bright, stylishly decorated and perfect for two people. The parking space is right outside the apartment. The outside spaces - made up of two terraces with spectacular views of the quay - were fantastic (we did not get to use the sun loungers or the barbecue because it was a bit wet during our visit). The location is close to the centre of town, on a hill overlooking Brixham Quay. Emily is a great host - instructions and communications were excellent. We got a complimentary cream tea on arrival! We would highly recommend this property and will definitely look to reserve again next time we are in the area.

We had a fantastic break at The Annex in Frogmore. It was equipped with everything we needed for our 3 night stay and the home was beautifully clean and comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the hot tub overlooking the estuary and walking across to the pub opposite in the evenings.

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely apartment in Cawsand! It was perfect for a family getaway clean, comfortable, and really well-equipped, especially if you’re travelling with kids. The location was ideal too right on the beach and the car park makes it really easy to unload. Highly recommend for families looking for a peaceful coastal break!

Lovely, clean, warm and comfortable with everything you could wish for. Dan was very accommodating, and quick to answer questions. Very happy.

Nice compact apartment, but with plenty of space for the two of us and our large retired guide dog. Very well equipped with absolutely everything you need. Loved the breakfast supplies, containers of breakfast cereal, bread, spreadable and milk. But worth mentioning that there are quite a few steep steps down to the property.

The garden studio was perfect for a quiet long weekend exploring Devon, and Patricia’s walled garden was a delight to wake up to and come home to everyday. She kindly provided milk, bread, fruit and yoghurt, and gave great recommendations for places to eat and drink. We felt truly looked after and will be sure to return in the future 🌺

Had a great stay at Britannia 19, Annie was very communicative, check in was easy, and the flat had everything we needed, a stones throw from the heart of Dartmouth, with easy access to the ferries and south coast pathways that are quintessentially South Hams. The narrow street location is a little challenging, so you need to be organised in terms of decanting your luggage, groceries etc from car to flat, as you basically have to block the road for a few minutes, again part of the charm of Dartmouth, but the car pass for the local car park is very useful, and we had no trouble finding a space there, and once we had found the shortcut alleyway, it was literally a couple of minutes walk from the flat. Would certainly recommend this flat and this location.

Chapel Cottage was perfect for our last minute family holiday. The cottage is spacious & has two sundecks & a summer house. It's a 10 min walk to town where there are lots of restaurants & takeaways. We swam & kayaked at North Sands & walked the coastal path on both sides of the estuary. Salcombe is a hilly town & the cottage is on 3 levels so you don't have any problem getting your daily step count in!

We had the most amazing week with our 4 boys at The Old Guard in May. We have been renting various properties in Hope Cove for many years. Wendy's property is now our absolute favourite!! Not only did we have fabulous weather but the location is just perfect for getting out on the kayaks etc The warm outdoor shower is brilliant for when you get back! The balcony is very large and a great space! The views from the balcony are spectacular and the sunsets incredible. The kitchen had everything you need. They utility area with washer and dryer is very useful staying with a family. The property was really well designed & clean and comfortable to stay in. Wendy had said the parking would be tight, but we got our 2 vehicles in no problem just a bit of time to go back and forth and one is a long wheelbase Mercedes Vito! We would definitely recommend staying here and would love to come back again! Thank you Wendy for all your messages and prompt replies when we had any questions.

Dear Andrew and Wendy, thanks for the lovely time we had staying at The Studio - It was perfect and very clean with every need thought about so we wanted for nothing! It was fun to meet Harvey and Buddy too. Had great sleeps after long days out as it was so tranquil. Would not hesitate to book again if in the area. We enjoyed visiting Bantham Beach, the Salcombe area and Overbecks Gardens (parking at East Soar and walking). Also ate lunch at Outside just along the road which is a very cool place. We had an amazing 3 night stay in this fantastic house, it easily fitted 7 adults and two small dogs. The attention to detail in decor and amenities was impressive, there was literally nothing that we thought we needed as everything was thought of and provided and more. The welcome pack was a lovely touch and greatly appreciated. The four double bedrooms (1 was a king or 2 singles) were very comfortable and quality toiletries provided in the three bathrooms. The shared areas were spacious and comfortable with plentiful seating, and all ages catered for. The hot tub and fire pit on the decking was great, and the view from the front of the house is stunning! Denise was proactive from the start and ensured our stay was a perfect 10 out of 10! We wholeheartedly recommend this lovely home from home.

Herons is a delightful house in a beautiful quiet location. An easy walk in to town. It took a while to master using the Aga! The house is very clean and well equipped. A lovely sunny balcony for breakfast and a garden with bbq for afternoon and evening sunshine. Ample space for 8 people. We will happily return.

We had a great stay at this Airbnb! The location was perfect – just a short walk from the town center and the waterfront, which made it easy to enjoy everything Salcombe has to offer. The facilities were also very good – the place was clean, well-equipped, and comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a convenient and well-appointed place in the area.

We had a wonderful stay ! The house was super and all our family enjoyed the location. We were there for our son’s wedding so all the family enjoyed it ! I would highly recommend to anyone who is thinking of a birthday treat or special occasion for all your friends it’s the best !

A beautiful and spacious apartment with a delightful patio garden, offering a charming view over Brixham. Comfortable and well equipped, the apartment was spotless. Moira was warm and welcoming. I cannot imagine a better place to stay.

An immaculately presented apartment and attentive yet not intrusive host. Everything was paid perfect attention to, family friendly yet modern, clean and cared for. In walking distance to everything in Plymouth, parking on the doorstep. It’s rare to find an air bnb that goes above and beyond but we truly felt like this one did. We would highly recommend.

Had a booking cancelled at short notice and had to find an alternative sharpish.. found this one and the host was back to us straight away and remained in regular contact. Directions and getting in were easy and we even got notification that the accommodation was ready early. Very clean and comfortable inside - nice and cozy Great job by the host.

Karens place is beautifully decorated there is nothing gone to chance this place is exceptionally well presented, its absolutely beautiful and great value for money, I stayed there whilst I was working away so was a bit gutted I couldn't enjoy it longer! this is a must if in the area, it has everything a couple or family could wish for, I'd love to return with my family!

I really should say something horrible to put people off... so that my wife and I can book it whenever we want to!! However.... it was a fantastic apartment, with great facilities, everything we needed and a few extra things we weren't expecting, which made it really special. Parking under cover was a real bonus. And the location was simply perfect. Close to the beach, the station, and the town. Can't wait to go again (if you don't all beat me to it!)

Sandie and Dan communicated extremely well and were even kind enough to allow us to check in earlier than the normal check in time as we had an event to attend. The property was clean and tidy and instructions were clear. I would highly recommend this property to anybody staying in Plymouth. The only issue we had was parking via the ringGo app which for some reason wouldn't work and the phone number on the sign on the street didnt work so i was unable to pay so im now expecting a fine. However this was not in anyway the fault of the hosts just something to bare in mind for future guests. I would recommend dowloading and setting up the ringGo app pre arrival.
