appartment is bigger than the photos show.the views are stunning complementary wine,coffee pods and main kitchen essentials were appreciated. it's definitely a place where you need a car.we we're left a lot of information about the local areas.would reconmend this lovely appartment

Lovely apartment, beautiful view and excellent hosting from Di. Enjoyed the decor and we were so comfortable. We were able to park and leave the car for the duration of our 4 nights. We walked and caught ferries. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely apartment in Cawsand! It was perfect for a family getaway clean, comfortable, and really well-equipped, especially if you’re travelling with kids. The location was ideal too right on the beach and the car park makes it really easy to unload. Highly recommend for families looking for a peaceful coastal break!

Excellent stay at the pod. Compact but with all facilities needed for 2 people. Ideally situated within walking distance to Kingsbridge.

Great place to stay with easy level walk into Kingsbridge and with the Crabshell pub next door did great food and had live entertainment, perfect stay. The apartment was very well appointed and the views across the estuary were great, with an ever changing scene. Bonus of dedicated secure undercover parking was great for arrival departure. Highly recommend and we will be back.

We had a wonderful time in this location . The house was spaceous and very comfortable with lovely furnishings. The garden has great views of the estuary and beaches. It was a perfect house for our party of 15 guests . We were able to walk the coast path from the house, visit several lovely beaches and Overbecks sub tropical garden. We used the ferry to cross the estuary. The town has great bars, shops and restarants all within walking distance. We look forward to visiting again in the future.

Had a great stay at Britannia 19, Annie was very communicative, check in was easy, and the flat had everything we needed, a stones throw from the heart of Dartmouth, with easy access to the ferries and south coast pathways that are quintessentially South Hams. The narrow street location is a little challenging, so you need to be organised in terms of decanting your luggage, groceries etc from car to flat, as you basically have to block the road for a few minutes, again part of the charm of Dartmouth, but the car pass for the local car park is very useful, and we had no trouble finding a space there, and once we had found the shortcut alleyway, it was literally a couple of minutes walk from the flat. Would certainly recommend this flat and this location.

We enjoyed a wonderful stay in Richard & Zoe’s beautiful apartment, which is perfectly located for the delights of Totnes. The apartment was spotlessly clean, and the equipment and furniture is of the highest standard. Highly recommended!

My partner and I recently stayed in the Totnes area and we stayed at this Air Bnb. Firstly, I'd like to stay a huge thank you to Paul the owner - he was extremely proactive and helpful with making sure we had the best time, helping me organise parking in the local area and ensuring we had as much flexibility as possible during our stay. The flat is centrally located at the foot of the high street with great access. The inside of the flat was pristine with very modern amenities. My partner said that the rain shower was one of the best showers she's had! Paul provided us with milk, orange juice, Nespresso coffee, fruit, cereal and other things at no extra charge to us which was a really nice touch. And if you need lots of plug sockets look no further there must be about 15-20 sockets!! Thank you Paul for the wonderful stay, and we will be back for sure. Jay

We had a perfect few days in lovely Newton Ferrers. We found Close Quarters to be a great location given its access to the estuary and local facilities. Roz’s description was very accurate with the deck being the obvious highlight for us with the beautiful weather we had. We did have some issues with the Wi-Fi as mentioned in the previous review but this didn’t spoil our enjoyment. We would love to return.

We had a wonderful time at Little Trevio. The apartment itself is very clean and bright, stylishly decorated and perfect for two people. The parking space is right outside the apartment. The outside spaces - made up of two terraces with spectacular views of the quay - were fantastic (we did not get to use the sun loungers or the barbecue because it was a bit wet during our visit). The location is close to the centre of town, on a hill overlooking Brixham Quay. Emily is a great host - instructions and communications were excellent. We got a complimentary cream tea on arrival! We would highly recommend this property and will definitely look to reserve again next time we are in the area.

This apartment is perfect. The view from the lounge is amazing and you can sit and watch the boats and ferry for ages! Great facilities, really comfortable and within easy walk of pubs and shops. Highly recommend!

Amazing view of the sea. We were lucky to have good weather during our visit in November which helps. We could see the start/finish of the local parkrun. Bolberry Down is beautiful. We had dinner in the local Ocean's Restaurant and the food was lovely and reasonably priced. I'd misread the listing and thought we had access to the downstairs garden but this is a first floor apartment. Overall, a lovely stay and we'd love to come back regularly.

Tanglewood is a magical place, especially for lovers of walking, wildlife and stunning views along the river Dart. Annie and Rob were friendly, hospitable and helpful. Everything had been considered for comfort and convenience and we would recommend a stay at this wonderful oasis they have created, to all our family and friends.

Naomi was the perfect host. Great communication and quick responses. Beautifully presented space and lovely touches, including some basic food supplies. Excellent in every way.

Heron’s Reach is an absolute gem! So comfortable and relaxing that our 2 nights away felt like a week! Would definitely recommend - ideal for taking it easy in Budleigh Salterton or exploring further afield.

Katy and Dales B&B was exemplary - extremely tidy and service was the best I’ve experienced. Any issues or questions were responded to within an hour when we were staying there. We had an issue with the TV and Dale came over within 15 minutes and helped out, even taking his shoes off outside before entering which I thought showed his respect for not only us but his property. It was also my partners 21st birthday surprise and Dale sorted me some banners, balloons, a cake and some Prosecco for a small fee! This is a walkable distance from anything in Babbacombe and arguably Torquay, although we did end up getting a taxi. Also, ask Dale for recommendations on food places, the restaurant Twenty1 was amazing. Overall, 5* stay - could not be faulted and if we’re back in Babbacombe/Torquay again I know where I will stay! Great stay at the recording studios, the place was clean and in stunning surrounds, with amazing views! Hot tub was great, kitchen was great for a week of family meals. Not far to walk into Salcombe town centre where there are some lovely pubs and restaurants! All round a great stay thank you!

Sara’s place is the perfect place to escape with the kids. Sara was super responsive. Easy check in and gaining access to the caravan. The welcoming hamper and card was lovely and gave it a personal touch. The caravan was pristine. We would recommend staying here to everyone, we will definitely be back.

We had a fantastic break at The Annex in Frogmore. It was equipped with everything we needed for our 3 night stay and the home was beautifully clean and comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the hot tub overlooking the estuary and walking across to the pub opposite in the evenings.

Honestly the photos do not do this place justice its incredible what a view and the host could not have been better extremely helpful, always there at request, respectful, polite all round wonderful person even made us scones to bake and the the towels shaped in to love hearts was a really nice touch they made us feel welcome and right at home would recommend to anyone thank you sheila for a great experience will be visiting again

A lovely stay in a lovely apartment. Communication from the host was excellent and the apartment is really beautiful. It’s well equipped and the interior is very modern and homely. Very clean on arrival and the large main shower was a real treat. The location was great and very close to the harbour which had bars, restaurants, shops and an amazing bagel shop (Middlestreet Bagels) which is well worth a visit!!!! The stairs are very steep which can be seen in photos however we didn’t anticipate quite how narrow / steep they are, it was a struggle to get suitcases to the bedrooms. Parking could be abit of a nightmare however we managed to get two free on road spaces close to the apartment after driving around for a short while. Both things to be conscious of however would not be a factor which would put me off staying here again. Overall, a great trip and would rebook again if I am to return to Brixham. Thanks to the hosts!
