We had a fantastic week here, everything was in line with the description and photos-or even better. The apartment met the needs of our family of 4. 3 minutes walk from the beautiful beach. It's always pleasantly shaded, with a huge terrace overlooking the sea. Clean, practical equipment and equipment. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms. Air conditioning, wifi, washing machine and parking. There is a hypermarket 12 minutes walk away. Terezija and Ivica are excellent hosts, never intrusive, but always available if you need anything. They were waiting with a homemade cake. We came home sadly. This part of Novi Vinodolski has dreamy, well-designed sunbathing spots, with steel bays to the sea every 30 meters. Shaded spots run out quickly, a sun tent, and sea shoes. There are a few small gravel bays where toddlers can safely paddle. Luckily, there's no jellyfish or seaweed, but there are fish, so it's worth snorkeling. It's more for families, it's not a party area. We loved it all!

We had a long stay at Ivana’s apartment and everything was great - lots of cooking facilities, spacious apartment, AC, and very comfortable beds! Highly recommend!

The location was ideal, with easy access to local attractions and a peaceful environment that allowed us to relax after exploring. Patricija was a fantastic host, very responsive and attentive to our needs, ensuring we had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. My family and I enjoyed a very nice easter holiday weekend at Brankica's place. She is very friendly, helpful and just a great host. The apartment itself provided way more then usually and way more we needed. It is located right beside the sea, just the road in between, as seen on the pictures. The cozy balcony offers a great view directly to the sea and we enjoyed it as well. 100% recommendation from our side - we are looking forward to come again!

Marin is a fantastic host, very kind and helpful. The apartment is nice and clean with 2 bathrooms (very useful when you are more than 4...) in a quiet place 10min walk from Novalja center and 30min walk from Zrce Beach

Very clean and welcoming place. The surrounding was quiet and not too far off the centre. The terrace was a true highlight as well. Lastly Djani was great to talk and communicate to. Would definitely recommend

A very nice apartment, with a lot of love for detail. We as a family felt comfortable for the 5 days. The garden is also very nice and the beach is just down the stairs.

A big plus about the washer and there were laundry detergents ready so you didn't have to buy it yourself!!

The place is fantastic, the apartment is big and clean. The kitchen is large, very well-stocked, even a dishwasher ! Two bathrooms are a big plus, plus a washer. Marija is a great host, we were greeted by a mountain of pancakes in the morning ❤️ Highly recommend !

Sanda is a wonderful host. Very accommodating and proactive. The place was also very nice, even if the kitchen is rather small, you will find everything you need. The location of the accommodation was also very good and thanks to the great tips from Sanda, we were able to do nice things. We are very happy to recommend the place!

Staying with Petra and her family was great! We had a great time on Rab. Petra was super helpful and always easily accessible. Everyone was very hospitable. We were even able to spontaneously eat home-grilled fish. The apartment has everything you need, it was very clean. The terrace is so beautiful. All in all a very successful vacation!

One of the absolute best Airbnb we have stayed in after 3 months away from home. This felt like home. Spacious and well equipped. Thoughtful hosts live on site upstairs but place screening on balconies to guarantee privacy, These hosts do everything right even setting the pool to your preferred temperature. No hesitation in recommending this apartment.
