Cosy small studio apartment

Studio apartment for two persons is in a house with several apartments, on the ground floor with separate entrance. It is a quite small studio (20 m2) but has all necessary for two people on vacation. There is a table with two chairs outside. The house is situated 300 m from the city center and 400 m from the beach, it takes 5-10 minutes walk. There is a lot of free paking space near the house. The owner lives in the same house. Included in the price: parking, final cleaning, wi-fi, tourist tax.

This cozy tiny house is situated directly in the heart of the old town of Baška. Two separate bedrooms, one on the first level one in the attic, kitchen with the living room and a nice balcony on the second level and a small bathroom is what this 47m2 apartment consists of. Both the attic and the 1st floor have an air conditioner. New, modern, bright and fully equipped apartment. In the centre of Baška with a wonderful sea view from the upper window and a view from the beautiful living room as well. The terrace on the other side of the apartment overlooks the garden. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher. It takes only 20m to get to the nearest beach. The house is located just above the Baška harbour, with a small beach just 100 metres away and a 10 minute walk to the old town on one side and naturist camp Bunculuka on the other. There are restaurants and cafes within a 5-minute walking distance from the house. The apartment is on the ground floor and it has a very big terrace. In our house we have 3 apartments for max. 8 people. Each apartment has it own separate entrance.
