Etienne's apartment is roomy, very clean and stylishly decorated. It is well appointed with everything you may need. Just bring your toothbrush and shampoo. The Montmartre neighborhood is lively and very walkable. There are numerous delicious restaurants close by. And, very conveniently, a lovely shop with coffee and pastries just steps away. The aroma of the baking goods in the morning was a wonderful way to wake up. The famous Basilique du Sacre -Coeur de Montmartre is just a half mile walk and is a must to visit. The Metro stop is just one block away. We enjoyed our stay immensely and hope to return. Thank you Etienne! -

Mohamed was extremely helpful and responsive during our stay. The apartment itself is a bit tight for three travellers but it was clean and in an amazing location near the Arc de Triomphe and various metro stations to get around the city. We had no issues at all during our stay and would recommend it to others. As said, Mohamed was very friendly and accomidated us well, helping out with anything we needed that he could.

Le logement est tout simplement parfait, et ce qui concerne Roger il n’y a rien à dire à part qu’il est comme le logement qu’il propose PARFAIT. Nous recommandons très, très fortement.

The apartment was very nice with an authentic Parisian feel. We loved sitting on the balcony with the clear view of the Eiffel Tower. Excellent bakery on the street below and grocery store around the corner. Very close to metro entrance. Amelie was easy to communicate with. Wonderful stay. We would highly recommend.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich von Lucile empfangen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber & ordentlich. Gute Anbindung an den ÖPNV, viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten & gute Restaurants in der Nähe der Wohnung. Wir haben uns direkt wie zu Hause gefühlt & kommen jederzeit gerne wieder :)

We had a wonderful stay here in Paris! The metro station was a close walk and the streets were beautiful and felt very safe. The room itself was modern, clean and very comfortable. The only thing I wish was communicated before booking was information regarding the key. Before you get to the building you need to walk the opposite direction to a cute local grocery store to grab the key. Honestly it’s not a big deal because it’s pretty close but the inconvenience of having to also return the key was stressful for us. We had to leave early in the morning for a flight and we were asked to return the key the night before. We were told these instructions at 11am but we had already left to visit Paris for the day and did not bring the key with us. We had to cancel some of our plans in the evening to make sure we were back in time to return to the store before it closed at 10pm. Again, the room and location itself are amazing but I wish the key situation was easier. 😊

Eine der schönsten AirBnB Wohnungen, die wir je hatten! Die geräumige Wohnung liegt im 2.Stockwerk (Lift vorhanden) eines Hauses im Marais, eine der angesagtesten Gegenden von Paris. Sie ist äußerst geschmackvoll und liebenswert eingerichtet, diverse Beleuchtungskörper ergeben optimales Licht. Falls man kochen möchte, stehen in der Küche (mit Geschirrspüler, Backofen, Mikrowelle) alle erforderlichen Utensilien zur Verfügung, auch waren Kaffeekapseln für Nespresso-Maschine und Teebeutel vorhanden. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die exzellente Sauberkeit! Es gibt eine kleine Terrasse mit schöner Bepflanzung. Zur Metro Republique, von der mehrere Linien wegfahren, sind es nur wenige Gehminuten, ein Supermarkt Monoprix liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe, weiters gibt es in fußläufiger Distanz etliche Cafes uind Restaurants. Der Eigentümer Daniel ist ein überaus sympathischer und liebenswürdiger Mensch! Wir waren von der Wohnung begeistert und würden bei einem weiteren Aufenthalt diese wieder buchen

Wir haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Ein wunderschönes Loft, welches mit allen Sachen ausgestattet war, die man alltäglich benötigt. Zudem war das Loft sehr sauber und wunderschön eingerichtet . Wir hatten für 6 Personen sehr viel Platz. Roman & Charlotte sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, sie haben uns über Wichtige Dinge informiert, sodass sich unser Aufenthalt sehr einfach gestaltet hat. Das Loft hat eine sehr gute Lage, man ist mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sehr schnell in Paris. Zudem ist der Parkplatz für das Auto auf dem Grundstück mit einem Tor verschlossen und das Auto steht sicher. Diese Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen und wir werden definitiv wiederkommen.

Maison et jardin très agréables, adaptés aux familles avec enfants. Emplacement idéal, proche centre ville et forêt.

We had a lovely stay at this charming chalet as a family of three plus a friend. The chalet was the perfect size for us, with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing break. Our three-year-old especially loved the peaceful surroundings, and we really appreciated that there was no traffic or cars nearby—it felt very safe and quiet. The location was ideal too: tucked away in nature yet still very close to central Paris. A perfect escape with easy city access. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive, which made check-in and check-out smooth and stress-free. A perfect escape with the best of both worlds. Highly recommended!

Väldigt fin service! När vi ville grilla så kom Tarik med grillkol och tändredskap ❤️ Frukt, bröd, dryck och godis fanns till oss när vi kom. Kan rekommenderas.

Nous sommes venu pour faire un weekend à Paris avec des amis et le logement nous a parfaitement convenue. Facile pour ce garer en toute sécurité c’était vraiment tranquille et calme et très propres. Hôtes très réactifs, merci pour l’accueil Je recommande

Great place to stay at. Quiet and peaceful. Beautiful parks nearby. And as an additional bonus you can play with a fun and friendly dog Phoebe. Me and my wife loved it and hope to come back here soon

Fredric’s place was fantastic for our family of four. The kids loved the outdoor space and the surrounding area is very quiet and peaceful. Shops and transportation are all within a short walking distance. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you, Frederic!

Le logement, impeccable était super confortable, très bien équipé, avec une vue extraordinaire! Quelques travaux en cours étaient déplaisants en matinée, mais nous ne restions pas à l’appartement durant la journée de toute manière. Déplacement en métro hyper faciles, immeuble sécuritaire, tout à été parfait!

Hier gibt es nicht viel zu sagen. Sowohl die Wohnung als auch François waren einfach spitze. Selten habe ich einen Vermieter wie ihn kennen gelernt, der so schnell auf Fragen reagiert hat, allgemein alles so perfekt vorbereitet hat und proaktiv nach fragte, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Wir waren rund um zufrieden.

Logement parfait : accessibilité/proximité des transports, calme, propre, bien rangé et comportant tous les équipes nécessaires. Mathieu est très réactif et sympathique, je recommande !

Alexis a été un excellent hôte , répondant à toutes les préoccupations. L'appartement très propre et situé à proximité des différents centres d'intérêt et facile d'accès. Il correspond aux photos prises J'ai passé un excellent séjour et je reviendrai avec plaisir Merci Alexis

It was such an amazing stay. Marie-Christine is a lovely, caring, friendly person, very easy going and has a great sense of humor! She made us feel very welcome. She even helped us with our bags and provided space to store our bikes. She reacted to all messages immediately. She also provided everything for our baby (chair, bed etc.), so I would say it is a very family friendly apartment ! It was super clean and had everything we needed (even two different types of irons - a normal and a steamed one 😅) . The area was also super nice to walk around. So I would recommend this apartment and this amazing host to everybody.

Für unseren Besuch von Paris und Disneyland war diese Wohnung ideal. 15 Minuten zu Fuß zur Metrostation und alles was man für den Aufenthalt benötigt (Supermarkt, Bäcker, Fleischer, Restaurants...) innerhalb von 5 Minuten erreichbar. Bry sur Marne ist wirklich zauberhaft. In der Wohnung war alles zu finden, was wir benötigt haben, sie war sauber und verfügt über Rolläden in den Schlafzimmern. Wir können die Wohnung und Nathalie als Host nur weiterempfehlen.

The location could not be better. The building was very safe and clean. We walked everywhere, the open market, bakeries, restaurants, cafes, metro stations etc etc. Catherine was very friendly, easy to communicate with and provided all sorts of ideas for our stay. We would definitely stay there again!
