Mini farm stay so close to town

Delaware Farm Stay is a beautiful property on the outskirts of town. With a second house on the property, we could not help but share this with others. With stable access, a round yard, arena, play equipment, picnic areas and more. There are farm animals that you are welcome to feed. Quiet street where you can ride and scooter along. We also have a qualified childcare educator on site so if you're away and wanting a night out from the children message us to book in a few hours at an extra cost.

Built in circa 1850 this small 2 bedroom is one of Bathursts early homes. It features beautiful Bathurst brick, and the character that more than 150 years of life brings! Nilgiri Cottage is one of two self contained cottages overlooking beautiful, farmland. The cottage is self contained. It is located within 15 kilometres of Bathurst’s Mount Panorama (Warluu) as well as all of Bathurst major sporting fields. A reverse cycle A/C is installed in the main living room. Check in between 3pm and 11pm. Check out 11am. Covered BBQ on the patio. A glass fronted wood fire is in the living room (bring your own wood.) Share laundry, private clothesline. Wifi.

Karen and her family were amazing hosts! She was incredibly friendly and responsive to our messages, and she even gave us some fantastic local recommendations. The cottage was absolutely spotless, warm, and cozy. The location itself was both beautiful and peaceful—perfect for a relaxing getaway. We especially enjoyed our time on the farm and being around the animals 🤗. Karen was so kind to take the kids around and show them the animals and the workings of the farm, which made the experience extra special for us. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a memorable and peaceful stay. Thank you again for such a wonderful time—we can’t wait to visit again!

Just what we needed! Quite and calm, the place felt like a home that someone was proud to have brought to life, keeping the character of the original history. Enough in the kitchen to make settling in comfortable, and everything in the space intuitive to use. Local information was provided for drives to nearby historic towns. Often at an Airbnb now it feels like the host is trying to make a quick buck, but this place felt like Mark and Naomi were trying to share part of their world with us.

Shaun’s property is cosy and we love every bit of it! The kitchen was fully equipped with all the necessary stuff such as coffee, tea, milk and sugar. We enjoyed spending time in the living room with the smart TV system and the sound system as well. Highly recommend this place as one can walk to the town centre. Carlos is a super host. He’s very responsive and accommodating. There was an issue with hot water getting cold on afternoons and as soon as I messaged him , he responded very quickly and arranged for a plumber to have it checked out. He then partially reimbursed us as a gesture of goodwill. The place was clean with a lot of nice touches and amazing view.

We loved our stay at Mandy's place. Three of us were in Bathurst for a wedding and we were able to stroll to cafes, parks and to the ceremony itself. The house was beautiful and clean and Mandy was very easy to deal with. We felt like we got a much better experience than the other wedding guests at the various hotels in town!

We had a wonderful time - right from the first moment when we were greeted by Simon’s lovely dogs to our last look into the little birds nest outside the lounge room window. The location and the layout of the place make for a relaxed peaceful getaway from everything. The lack of phone connection was a great bonus - we loved being away from our phones for three days!
