Converted coach house set in the garden of a Georgian house opposite beautiful and tranquil Henrietta Park. Only a five minute walk from the centre of Bath. It has its own entrance and front door and is accessed via the side of the main house. The accommodation has a fully-equipped kitchen/living area, a King-sized mezzanine bedroom with a glass balcony overlooking the floor below. It has an ensuite shower room. There is also a pretty outside seating and eating area.

The property is beautifully decorated with Lincrusta panelling, friezes, wooden floorboards and contemporary furnishings. Please note- there is currently some building work going on in the building in an apartment upstairs (Monday-Friday after 10am). This beautiful refurbished luxury apartment sits on the entire first floor of a Grade II listed 18th century town house. The towering ceilings and grand Georgian features transport you back to the regency era where this floor once served as a grand banqueting hall.

The Loft House is a charming, newly renovated house in the heart of Bath . A host of lovely cafes, restaurants and independent shops are right on the doorstep. The historic Circus is a stone's throw away with the Royal Crescent a short walk beyond.
