We had a great stay at Jackie’s cottage. It was warm and cozy, and very comfortable. The kitchen is tiny, but very well equipped. We were able to cook some simple meals there, and there are good pubs serving food a short drive away. Jackie was friendly and helpful and takes good care of her property. I would highly recommend a stay there. Oh, and the pastries every morning were great! Thank you Jackie.

Deborah was attentive and helpful especially giving us clear instructions about how to find the property. She welcomed us on arrival and was in hand should we need anything. A lovely spot and we had a good night’s sleep.

This was a very nice independent flat with a quiet sunny garden all to myself. I had everything I needed: a kitchen with all necessary items and instant coffee, tea, milk and even some chocolates. Very pleasant modern bathroom and a comfy bed. The instructions were very clear and Rachel very responsive and kind. The house is in the top of a hill so if you come walking from the railway station with a heavy suitcase like me it does take some effort but it really is worth it! There was also a lot of leaflets and suggestions for visits of Bradford on Avon, Bath which is only 12 minutes by train, and the rest of this beautiful region.

Beth’s place was gorgeous!! Very spacious and beautifully decorated. Being able to use the chimney was the highlight of our stay. Kitchen is small but comfy to use and has everything. The toilet is renovated and very nice. The surroundings of the house were also gorgeous! And Beth was lovely to deal with as well, very kind and helpful. Will come back soon hopefully! Thank you! 🏡✨

What a fantastic visit! Rachael and Ian couldn't have made us more welcome and their were so many lovely touches, from the continental breakfast, to the beautiful flowers in the room, and comfy bed. Loved our Easter eggs on Easter Sunday too! An outstanding stay. thank you!

A thoroughly delightful stay. Richard and Lizzie were impeccable hosts. Richard couldn’t have been more helpful. The space had everything one would need for an extremely comfortable stay. We used The Bath Bothy as a base for plenty of cycling, walking and visiting friends. Highlights included the two tunnels cycle route, The Packhorse in Southstoke village, visiting Claverton Pumping Station and, of course, Warleigh Wier for a dip in the early morning mist before the crowds descend. This was our third stay at the Cow Shed and hopefully not the last. We love the rural location and spending a lazy morning looking out on the levels from the bedroom. Everything you could need for a relaxing weekend. Highly recommend Cardomom Indian restaurant in Langport who cater really well for dietary requirements including vegans.

We had a lovely time here. Lovely furnishings. Convenient location. Just a few minutes' drive from Portishead centre and harbour. We also enjoyed walking from the house down to the nearest cove one evening and we also did an early morning walk along the coastal path. Well equipped and we appreciated the breakfast supplies. Amazing place to stay if you want to explore Bath. Sarah greets you and is so friendly and informative and makes you feel right at home, shows you how everything works and where things are, everything was spotless and clean, bed is very comfortable. Breakfast was supplied, muesli, crumpets, bacon, eggs, bread, hot cross buns to name a few things, we were very spoilt for choice. Gated driveway and a space right outside the front door for your car which was priceless for us, parked the car up and didn’t use it again until we left, walking everywhere and using the odd Uber. We made use of the private garden and comfy garden furniture in the evenings after a full day of exploring as the view is fantastic over Bath from there. If we visit Bath again we would definitely book with Sarah 😀

Our recent stay at Tina’s was absolutely perfect - a private, serene location with all the amenities for a stay in a true home away from home. Tina was an amazing host - so thoughtful, considerate and (rightly!) very proud of the space, with every little detail considered. We absolutely loved our stay, and we were disappointed to have to go back to our own bed because this one was much more comfortable! Thank you Tina - and as I said, I’ll be sending everyone to this lovely Airbnb when they’re headed to the area!

Gary was a friendly host and gave very clear instructions. This was a perfect stopover for me to break up a long journey to a meeting in Westbury. Everything was comfortable, clean and as described. The shower was nice and big with supplied shampoo, towels etc. and there was plenty of hot water. I made good use of the food in the kitchen which includes a microwave oven. Other useful touches include 2 TVs, USB chargers, a fan for when its hot and a heater for when its cold. The 3 large radiators kept the rooms warm. All in all very pleased and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this flatlet.

Great beds, wonderful bathroom. Quite well equipped. Very useful hotplate for cooking simple meals if you don't want to to spend money eating out. I would recommend, if you are a light sleeper, that you bring earplugs for the occasional night travelling HGV that goes passed on the A38 - but you can't hear the traffic from the M5. If we were coming to the area again we would not hesitate to stay there again.

A gorgeous little haven conveniently close to the amenities of Bath. A beautifully designed room set in beautiful gardens. I felt very safe and comfortable here. There are lots of lovely little touches of luxury in the room to make the place feel special. James was fabulous in making me feel at home and reaching out to make sure I had everything I needed. What a great find, I'm sure I will be returning some time soon!

Lovely lady always helpful. Didn’t stay many hours so couldn’t give more of a higher rating but definitely did the job. Would recommend.

This property is wonderful! It is extremely clean, is filled with books, board games, dvds and toys for kids. The underfloor heating is excellent and the place is so warm and cosy. The hot water taps run hot instantly and the place is much bigger than the pictures make it seem, in my opinion. The parking is practical and on the doorstep. Sofia and Nick were wonderful hosts and left breakfast and toiletries for us, and the views are magnificent. Sofia and Nick have an incredibly comprehensive guide book/folder with so much info about the local area, walks, pubs, restaurants, attractions and emergency information. Had an amazing stay here and would love to come back again!

We booked this really last minute as there was a problem with our other accommodation. They turned it around and got it ready for us in an hour and were there to welcome us which was lovely. They were helpful with anything we needed too! The house is really comfortable and all the finishers are quality. Beds and pillows lovely and comfortable too. Would definitely recommend!

We had a great time staying here whilst exploring this area of the Cotswolds. Joel kindly sent some useful information over before we travelled and was friendly when we arrived. The Homestead was pristine and exactly as advertised, thanks for letting us stay!

We could not have wished for a more relaxing break. Lovely to see Gay and Jonathan again, as welcoming and friendly as ever - you could not wish for better hosts. The studio is a joy to spend time in and is very well thought out and cared for. When we did tear ourselves away from it (it's so peaceful and relaxing to spend time in!) we easily filled our time with a variety of things to do from the doorstep. Exploring BoA itself: the Tithe Barn area and the area called Tory, with its great views and lovely gardens. We also did walks to Iford Manor, Freshford, and Limpley Stoke (great pub with imaginative menu and lovely outdoor space!). Canal and river walks so pleasant and easy. We had some lovely food out but also found it perfect for picking up bits and pieces locally (including a good Sainsbury's, which we walked to along the canal) when we decided to cook for ourselves. We have booked to come back, can't wait for our lovely little 'mini' break!

Have stayed here a couple of times now due to work. It’s very comfortable and I personally consider it home from home . It’s spacious..private..quiet and pretty much central for visitors to Wiltshire. I will be spending as much time as I can here up until August if available. The host Natalie is very pro active and very responsive. And will bend over backwards to make your stay comfortable and pleasant as she can. I really can’t praise this stay enough.

I extended my stay and really enjoyed my time here, it had everything I needed for a long stay and Donna and Neil were great hosts.

Great Place & Great Host We were let down by our hotel & booked last minute, host was responsive to our messages & turned it around within hours
