Equipped kitchen, dining and desk, lots of storage space in both closet and bathroom. The kitchen has all the dishes, coffee, tea, sugar, salt, pepper, olive oil, vinegar. Comfortable bed and blackout curtain for quality sleep. Washing machine, drying rack, iron, ironing board.

I offer accommodation in a cozy farmhouse on the land of a South Bohemian farmhouse in Prostřední Vydří (6 km from Dačice). The cottage is renovated, has a separate entrance, a bathroom and a private garden with a pleasant shade. The room has 2 beds (one folding), desk, kitchen, fridge, library and a friendly, romantic atmosphere. It's quiet and private. - It melts in the winter, I'll be happy to explain how. The bathroom is unheated! I can lend a radiator in the cold. - I mow the grass when necessary, I don't shave the lawn.

A wonderful, very quiet and clean house with a great garden. Parking right by the house, everything you need is available. Communication worked well. Unfortunately, we were only there for a few days in the fall, but the house is ideal for the summer, there is a very nice outdoor terrace, fireplace and grill, so ideal to spend several days there, a very nice pond in the well-kept garden invites you to linger and observe. We can fully recommend the house and host.

I was there with my dog for 4 days. Everything as described and seen in the photos. Super nice and quiet location, we felt right at home. It was really great to lie in the hammock overlooking the lake. The fresh water source was great, my refrigerator was a real highlight. Would definitely come back. We recovered superbly. Lukáš gave us some excellent recommendations for walks and food. An excellent space to work in as well as relax. Plenty of inspiration for drawing and watercolor. We lit the fire on the first day and the house stayed quite warm for the rest of our four day visit. Loved watching the birds. Thank you Lucas. We had a restful break.
