Condo vacation rentals in Batangas

This is our 2nd time staying at this bnb, and even thought there are some minor changes in the unit the our overall experience was still enjoyable. The host and caretaker are responsive and accommodating as well, they respond quickly whenever we have questions. This is stay is so worth every penny we paid. There were was a little issue with the fan in the living room area and the speaker, maybe it just needs maintenance but nevertheless it was a fun stay.

It was a pleasant and super comfortable stay at Jen's place especially the view from the balcony. Host was also responsive and approachable.

The room was tidy, inviting, and well taken care of, you could tell that everything was carefully arranged to make guests feel comfortable. The bed was really soft and cozy, and we especially appreciated how calm and quiet the surroundings were, making it easy to get a good night’s sleep. All the amenities we needed were available and easy to use, and the staff were warm, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything. It honestly felt like a home away from home.

This is truly one of the best places I’ve stayed at in Tagaytay. If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat, this is the perfect spot. The unit is cozy and comfortable—just be sure to stick to the recommended number of guests to fully enjoy the space. We absolutely loved the balcony; it was everything we had hoped for. I just hope there is a better lighting in the kitchen area for cooking but still it is a great place! We will be back for sure.

We had a great and relaxing stay at Charie’s place—highly recommended! She was very responsive to all our queries. Charie patiently answered our questions and made sure we had the correct instructions, especially when we accidentally entered the wrong passcode. What stood out the most was how well she communicates and how much she values each guest. We’ll definitely come back and are hoping for a longer stay next time. Thank you, Charie!

We stayed for a night and even just a few hours of staying we immediately regretted booking only for 1 night. The unit is amazing. Clean and complete kitchen appliances (though we did not use it). Pico de loro is exceptional so many things to do, the food is great and the beach is amazing. The entrance fee is worth it. Thank you Reenalee for an easy and great stay. Everything there is to know was sent in a pdf file that we didn't have a problem in familiarizing the place. We'll definitely go back!

The unit is cozy, stylish, and inviting. I especially love that it’s on the 5th floor, with a balcony that overlooks the clubhouse, offering a peaceful and relaxing view. It’s even more stunning when it rains and the fog rolls in. The lighting inside is perfect for taking great photos. I also appreciated the thoughtful touch of providing a free hair blower. Everything looked exactly like the pictures. We’ll definitely be staying here again in the future!

We had to check in late but they still accomodate us. Host was responsive and helpful. The place was pretty and clean. It was comfortable and homey. Would definitely go back again ☺️

Very easy check in and check out. By the time we arrived in the building, the guard already new our info and had the keys ready. We are 8 in the group (7 adults, 1 kid) - they have fast wifi, spacious beds, extra mattresses, towels for each guests, toiletries, kitchen utensils. And of course, an AMAZING view!! No need to send questions to the owner since she gave us very thorough instructions days before our check in. Will definitely consider staying here again once we are back in the Philippines ❤️❤️❤️

The place is good, no problem encountered during the stay.

The property is easy to find and had a parking area near the unit and near the common beach and lagoon. The unit is spacious enough to accommodate us all, clean and comfortable. As indicated in the listing, it has all the things we need to be able to cook and they even provide potable water. The hosts and the caretaker has been very responsive and arrange registration of guests in advance hence my family was able to enjoy the amenities prior to our check in time. As this is our 3rd time to visit the resort, we noticed that the amenities are well maintained and kept clean by the Management. Overall we had a wonderful vacation with no hassle.

It looked exactly like in the picture. The space was enough for 5 pax . The place was clean and raquel is very responsive and also checked us once inawhile if how we are or if we need anything :) Thank u again and Will recommend this place to friends/family.

Sheila was very proactive with instructions on how to check in. she gave us details that we would usually ask for initially like wifi and club fee. their helper at the resort, Fanny was also very responsive and polite. will surely book with them again in our future travels. The unit was spacious enough to comfortably accommodate my family, and it was also a bit more affordable compared to other options in the area. The instructions provided were quite detailed—make sure to read them carefully! I missed the part about running the faucet for a minute to flush out stagnant water, and unfortunately, the smell caught me off guard when I filled the water container. That was on me, but perhaps a small sign near the sink could help future guests avoid the same mistake. The view is absolutely beautiful—definitely something to look forward to each morning. Be sure to get the guest card to fully enjoy the amenities available. Overall, it was a fantastic stay and I’d highly recommend it to future guests!

Thank you for having us. It was really relaxing. The place have complete amenities. Even a steamer to iron your clothes and hair blower. They also have a ps4 for gamers to enjoy. They also have first aid and medicines available which is really a plus for me. Ate nancy which is the caretaker is really accommodating as well, the host is very responsive. All you basically need to do is go there check in and relax. Thank you again and looking forward in staying in your place again. :)
