Monthly Rentals in Bastrop

Joanne was extremely helpful toward me and my two children with loads of recommendations for places to go and see and things to do in the direct vicinity. Likewise, they are extremely flexible hosts. The home is the perfect combination of sophisticated charm and casual living. It was just perfect for a "city family" looking for a home base in town. We were able to walk everywhere: movie theater, bowling, farmers market, loads of restaurants, shops, library, and even some very fun/cute private neighborhood treasures. A train goes through 0-3 times a day and we delighted in running to the front porch to watch. The backyard is huge and provided hours of entertainment for my children and a lovely space to host a few friends one evening. The neighbors are friendly and the area is so safe and cozy. We couldn't give a better recommendation - we stayed a month and would have loved to stay longer :)

We loved our stay. The house was pristine and we had everything we needed. The privacy is a plus and we enjoyed not being in center of town yet only a few minutes away. Perfect weekend in Bastrop.

The Retreat was a treat to our group after a long drive. Spotless and spacious , there was enough room for our group of six. Absolutely loved all the amenities and utensils for cooking a quick meal. Sufficient towels, toiletries and laundry supplies were a great help . Parking in the driveway was easy and so was the entry. The beds have firm and comfortable mattresses and pillows. Living room furniture was comfortable and tastefully decorated. I highly recommend Alan and Lauren’s home for a wonderful stay.

This was our third time to stay at Dennis's place. It was perfect for us and our pup! Lots of green space for our dog to roam around. Close to Bastrop where there are wonderful restaurants and live music. The place was clean and even offered us fresh eggs! We will defiantly be back when the opportunity allows.
