Quaint & Comfy Private Guestroom & Bath.

We have a cute guest room attached to our garage adjacent our back porch. It’s a small space but has all the essentials and is super comfy! It has a full size comfy bed, a comfy chair, dresser, desk, small refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and 36" flat screen TV with Amazon Firestick. The bathroom has a small shower. We include lots of little extras to make your stay enjoyable. We live in the Historic area of downtown Bastrop. Our home was built in 1916 by my husband's great grandfather.

It is located 25 minutes from COTA and a mere 40 minutes to AUS. We are 10 mi. from the BBQ capital of Texas in Lockhart. P-N Ranch is a working cattle ranch on 62 acres. Located 20 miles east of Austin and 2 miles from the LCRA McKinney Roughs Nature Park. Our 20 acres is a quiet spot conveniently close to the city. This is a one room air-conditioned & heated cabin with a twin & a double bed & a small kitchen. Happy Horse is Elegant Camping/Glamping: the darling outhouse and hot water shower (enclosed but open to the moon & stars) are only a few yards away from the porch.
