The house was just as described. Great place!

We stayed this past weekend and the place is beautiful! The view from the living room looked like you were overlooking a prairie. Absolutely stunning!! If you need a quiet place to stay with gorgeous views, this is the place to stay!

With 3 boys (ranging from 17 to 6), to celebrate my husband’s 40th birthday he wanted to meet Tootsie at Snow’s BBQ. We’d never been to Austin, but I wanted more of a relaxing and peaceful stay, rather than a downtown hotel. Dana’s place offered just that - plus many amenities. We planned out 6 nights stay of activities (and down time!) and we played card games or watched some true crime :) Everything was expected and we would stay again at Dana’s!

Julia’s historic home was very comfortable, beautifully decorated, modernized with a large kitchen that had everything you need to prepare multiple meals. Lovely views from large windows to enjoy a quiet, charming neighborhood. Plenty of hot water, comfortable beds, squeaky clean, easy access. Host is very responsive and pleasant. We enjoyed learning about the history of this home. Would highly recommend to others.

The basketball hoops in the extra room is a nice touch and provided hours of entertainment. The place was spacious and perfect for what our family needed for the weekend.

We loved our peaceful stay so much that we booked a longer, second stay hours after returning home. We enjoyed the books, completed a puzzle, sat in the stillness on the back porches for hours, watched birds, relaxed in the hot tub and explored the property with our dog. The pictures really don't do it justice. I loved the eclectic blending of art, architecture, and nature throughout the house. The book collection is equally as eclectic and has a well balanced assortment. We cant wait to go back and just "be". I've never been so relaxed.

Great place to stay! The place was nice and clean and the beds and pillows were VERY comfortable.

We're multiple, repeat visitors because Joanne's is just such a nice, comfortable, friendly and well appointed place to stay. Can't wait to come back next year!

Andy’s listing is great. The access to the river is amazing. We sat out in the hammocks for hours relaxing. Our dog enjoyed the stay as well.

Jesus was a fantastic host. Easy to communicate, fast response. The cabin was spectacular and looked exactly like the pictures shown. Super clean. The area is beautiful, peaceful, & walkable. Beautiful area overall. 100% would recommend staying there.

Barbara’s cabin was truly a hidden gem in the outskirts of Smithville. I have tons of family who have lived in Smithville since the 50’s if not earlier so I’ve grown up in Smithville and to have a place like this cabin to stay at when visiting family is amazing! The photos truly don’t do it justice. The property is very well maintained and it was freshly mowed. It’s on a few acres and has plenty of space outside to roam and enjoy the view of the river. It ac works very well, I ended up sleeping on the futon which was comfortable enough to me and everything is very clean and well-kept. My only complaint would be the lock on the gate was fairly hard to work (push back together and get it to stick, even after changing all the numbers on the pad).

Co-host Mrs. Sherry was wonderful and greeted us with warmth and hospitality. She introduced us to the property and made us feel comfortable to venture. The environment was very peaceful and charming, the cabin was clean and exactly as shown on the photos. The animals, Nuse the dog, Tula (or Tuba) the duck, and the chickens were friendly and the extra cherry on top to our stay! If you are not a big animal person, do not be concerned, the animals keep to themselves if you wish to not interact with them and Nuse the dog understands what go home means. We did not use this command since we enjoyed his company but know that you can if need be. We highly recommend this place if you are looking for a relaxing getaway surrounded by nature and incredible hosts.

The White Horse Ranch was a beautiful getaway—perfect for relaxing and reconnecting with my fiancé. We had the incredible experience of witnessing a pig give birth, saw a variety of animals up close, and explored exciting new things in town. I can’t wait to go back!

Our stay with Bridget was 1000 percent the best place we have ever stayed. Extremely helpful and responsive at any time! The house was so comfortable and cozy and smelled so good! Had everything we needed and just an overall perfect experience. We loved spending our anniversary here and it couldn't have been more special! We will definitely be returning! Thank you guys so much for everything! <3

Very lovely stay while my friends and I visit the Renaissance Farie! It was nice, quiet and very cosy, it get right at home. My friends and I are definitely planning on coming back to stay again in the future :)

The details of this property on the listing do not do it justice. This is an amazing place to visit. There are waterfalls flowing into a koi pond, an amazing chicken coop, a lake (small) with a dock, fruit trees everywhere, a tropical greenhouse, and raised bed gardens. There are so many places to hang out and reflect. Sandi and Stephen are the friendliest hosts I've experienced at an Airbnb. Unlike almost every other property, Sandi left us excellent breakfasts! The accommodations were thoughtfully appointed, and the craftsmanship of the construction was terrific! Well done, Sandi & Stephen!
