It is set up as a studio apartment with a Queen Bed, and a futon. The kitchen has a mid-sized fridge and non toxic cookware, and each of our cottages come with an Amazon Fire TV with Amazon Prime, High-Speed Wifi and a luggage storage shed. This 70's-inspired home was recently renovated and features three bedrooms, a comfortable living room, large dining area, fully-stocked kitchen, garage, patio, fully fenced backyard with jumbo Cowboy Pool, and all the amenities needed to be your home away from home! Only a 5-10 min drive to South Congress shops, 10-15 to downtown, walking distance to neighborhood park, coffee shop, brewery, and food trucks!

This is a newly renovated garage turned into a modern and beautiful studio. This space is completely private from the main house, with a private entrance and cozy patio. It can sleep 3 people, although the space would be a little tight for 3 adults. There is a king sized bed, and a sleeper sofa which can be used together as a full sized, or option to separate into 2 twins.
