Independent studio attached to villa occupied by the owners, composed of a small room (kitchen and dining area, armchairs, TNT TV reception), a bathroom (shower cabin, sink and toilet) and a low mezzanine sleeping area (1.5 m at its highest point) equipped with a 140 bed, a 170 x 70 bed that can accommodate a child (3 to 10 years old approx.) with two nightstands, storage, on which the TV is placed (orange decoder). The mezzanine is accessed by a wooden staircase.
