Idéalement situé (plages a 10min et 15min d'Ajaccio). Lac de Tolla à 25min. Centre équestre à 5min. Boulangerie et commerces à 3min (fruits-légumes et produits locaux/station-service/tabac). Légumes/œufs du jardin selon humeur du potager/des poules. Lit 140x200 dans la chambre / Canapé lit avec vrai matelas 140x190 dans le salon).

Grand studio aperçu mer et belle vue montagne

Studio de 28 m2 avec une chambre séparée avec une belle vue dégagée sur la montagne et un aperçu mer de la première terrasse et une vue mer et Golfe d'Ajaccio sur la seconde terrasse par dessus le toit de la maison. A 10 minutes de l'aéroport et 20 minutes du port. Appartement se trouvant en rez de jardin avec une entrée indépendante. Belle terrasse entourée de plantes fleuries. Ventilateur au plafond dans le salon et chambre (la chambre est au Nord donc très fraiche).
