The first volume accommodates a toilet, shower and kitchen, as well as a living and sleeping area with a framed view of nature. Built on a mountainside, access is stairs-free from a very quiet residential pedestrian street (private door from the outside, limiting contact) but the windows, on the other hand, are on the 3rd floor on the valley side.

Upstairs: bedroom with two single beds and heating (for winter) overlooking a hanging net, below an open kitchen. An outdoor shower and dry toilet. Our dog Thio will be present in the garden. When you arrive you will go through our house but you have the opportunity once there to have independent access.

The view of the Ampugnani valley to the sea is amazing. You then climb onto the roof terrace, you are weightless...
