The house is a summer cottage built in 1950 and was renovated and expanded in 1980, renovated again in 2000 and most recently renovated in 2022. A typical summer cottage in a rustic environment decorated with modern kitchen and modern toilets. The decor is rustic and tasteful.

There are plenty of activities for the whole family just a few minutes' drive from the cottage. In winter, you can light the fire, the fireplace and roll down the screen and watch a good movie.
