The guest does dishes and puts back porcelain, throws sorted garbage, and is responsible for leaving the cottage in the condition it was received. You can buy cleaning for SEK 550. Welcome to this amazing and cozy cottage located on undisturbed natural land and with direct access to private beach. The house is decorated in modern beach house style – ”simple living” with a great amount of charm and a personal touch! The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!

Great cabin where you live "on" the water. The cabin is located at Ystehede, by the Iddefjorden, about 10 km from the center of Halden. Here, guests have access to a floating jetty with a bathing ladder, as well as a beach consisting of stone and sand. Here there is outdoor furniture, a gas grill and opportunities to moor your own boat. Here there are many hiking trails in the forest and if you have your own boat you can fish or take the sea route to Halden and on to the Hvalerøyene.

Wonderful farmhouse 4 km just outside Båstad . The farmhouse is located on a farm with Icelandic horses in a fantastic environment with beech forests. The house has a sleeping loft with two single beds. On the ground floor there is a sofa bed for 2 people . Nice living room with kitchen and fireplace .
