Charming cottage in cozy Malen, right in Båstad About 200m to the beach and to the shop with a quiet location. Approx: 35 sqm, kitchen/living room, 2 bedrooms and bathroom with shower. Bedroom 1: 2 single bed, bedroom 2: bunk bed (2 seats) and also sofa bed in the living room. In the kitchen there is a stove, fridge, microwave. The cottage belongs to the patio on the South side facing the street, bounded by the apple trees. Please respect that the rest of the plot does not belong to the rental. Smoking not allowed.

In the area there are many beautiful excursions, such as Norrviken's gardens, Hov's halls and Tora vineyard, as well as nice beaches, hiking and biking trails. The newly renovated, and fully equipped, the house of 80m2 has large living areas. The house has two patios and there is access to a large lawn.

A unique accommodation experience with ideal conditions for tranquility, proximity to nature and all the excursions of Bjärehalvö. During 2025 we have not finished the nearest environment around the house but a terrace with outdoor furniture is available. We provide linens and towels. If you want us to take care of the final cleaning, it costs SEK 600.
