This newly-built luxury house has everything and a little more, wake up to the sea view and have breakfast outside with the pool at your doorstep. Barbecue area is available both on the roof terrace and down by the pool. In addition to a large dining area indoors, there is the possibility to eat outside both on the roof and by the pool as a neighbor.

Quiet and child friendly area. Newly built in the summer of 2022. New pool built in the spring of 2025. Four beds but recommended for two people. (Two beds and a sofa bed, 21 sqm.) Wi-Fi, parking, access to patio and pool. The pool is available june, jul and august. Walking distance to the sea, restaurants, mini golf, grocery store, etc. Cycling distance to Båstad. Final cleaning is included, but we would like you to pick up and wash the dishes after yourselves. Bed linens and towels are not included but are available to rent

Bed linens and towels are included. Summer greenery from March onwards, and the restaurant is open from week 12 onwards. Vineyard and gourmet restaurant within cycling distance. Two bicycles are available. Parking in the garage driveway and in your own part of the garden. The pool is only open in the summer. Quiet residential area.

Great place for exploring Bjäre peninsula, and its nature w/ many golf courses, bicycle trails, running and riding. Another option is Hallands väderö where seals are seen around the year. Torekov & Båstad are near and offers great options for dining. Guests can also use tennis course, sauna and heated pool booked w/ an app ( temp access) 3 bedrooms, sofa bed and 2 bathrooms, sleeps 6-8 persons. It's fully equipped including internet tv and wifi. House also has is a patio w/ a gas grill.

Being close to both the the village, the sea and splendid nature makes this place very unique.
