Historic house on the Charente

We welcome you to our "Maison du Gardien" ( The Caretaker’s House) a 19th Century distiller's house which has been lovingly renovated to create a place of contemporary design, contemplation and relaxation. Located next to our own home you can enjoy an evening meal on your own private terrace but also get the use of our pool, gym, bikes and parking on our gated property. The two bedroom house is light and airy with beautiful views over our garden which reaches down to the river Charente.

Les Frênes - Malvy Island

Small private island located between Angouleme and Cognac, on the path of the bike path "La Flow vélo", in the immediate vicinity of the pretty beach of Le Bain des Dames. House with adjoining garden overlooking the river. Many activities on site: swimming pool, kayaks and bicycles, large games room: pool, table tennis, foosball, darts, board games, toys for children, books, comics, etc. The island is also home to a garden-forest which makes it a real oasis for biodiversity!

Maison Prunier

Thanks to its central location, in Jarnac in Charente, in the heart of the Cognac region, the group will enjoy the charms of the countryside and the amenities of the city. Located 100 meters from the Charente River and canoe rentals, swimming and the municipal pool, the cottage is also on the Flow Velo route. 200 meters separates you from the Jarnac covered market, the pedestrian street and its many shops, as well as its bars and restaurants in the city center.

Close to amenities (bakery, pharmacy, Api grocery store, farmers' market, fresh pizza box...) and historical sites.

Le Cosy is located in a farmhouse in Marange, a small village of Hiersac, in the countryside, while being close to Angoulême (- 20 min.) and Cognac (25 min.). But also to: - 1h 05 from La Vallee des Singes - 1h20 of the first beaches on the Atlantic coast - 1 hour and 30 minutes from the Zoo de la Palmyre, Futuroscope or Bordeaux - 1h40 from the Aquarium of La Rochelle or the Poitevin marsh We live there in the terraced house at Le Cosy.

You will also enjoy a heated jacuzzi all year round, a large terrace facing the sunset and all the necessary comforts.
