Great location, very peaceful in September. Shame that other guest of other properties need to pass through the outdoor space to get in and out.

Marino's appartament is a very cozy and comfortable place to stay and explore north-east Sardinian coast and Maddalena Island. The location is great, just by the sea and with option of lovely ca 10 mins walk ( along the shore in pines' shadow to Palau city center with somenice restaurants and port (with ferries to Maddalena Isl) . The appt itself is equipped in everything needed (especially kitchen :), funcionally furnished and clean, safe parking just next to the house. Communication with Marino is smooth and effective, with all detailed information provided, we do recomend this place to enjoy the best of Sardina:)) thank you Marino:)

Mari was a great host who was very generous with their time! Instructions were clear and was very accommodating to our ferry schedule. Amenities were as described and the space was very clean and very well refurbished. I highly recommend her spaces.

Everything is great. Were picked up in the harbor, otherwise the house would be rather difficult to find. Absolutely quiet location with sea view! Completely and securely fenced huge property. House has everything you need. Furnishings a little rustic, but completely functional and OK for our taste. We can fully recommend the house and would book again immediately.
