Studio apartment for two persons is in a house with several apartments, on the ground floor with separate entrance. It is a quite small studio (20 m2) but has all necessary for two people on vacation. There is a table with two chairs outside. The house is situated 300 m from the city center and 400 m from the beach, it takes 10 minutes walk. There is a lot of free parking space near the house. The owner lives in the same house. Included in the price: parking, final cleaning, wi-fi, tourist tax.

Apartment 1 is located in the city center in the pedestrian zone. The location is quiet and pleasant for vacation. It has a beautiful view of the sea, the harbor, the Velebit massif and the island of Prvić. The apartment is comfortably and modernly furnished and fully equipped. It has two bedrooms , a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a sofa and a flat-screen TV, a bathroom with a shower and a terrace with a seating area. The sea and the beach are approx. 2 minutes from the apartment.

PLEASE READ ALL THE INFO IN FURTHER DESCRIPTIONS because this is a specific area.Bakar is a small isolated village in the center of all large tourist places. It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

Apartment Tomislav1 (A2+2, approx 35 square meters) has 1 double bedroom (bed 160*190), bath, kitchen and living room with extra bed (yellow couch) for 2 more persons. Extra bed is yellow couch that extends into a bed 140*190. For him I have a mattress 5cm thick for comfortable sleep. The house is located just above the Baška harbour, with a small beach just 100 metres away and a 10 minute walk to the old town on one side and naturist camp Bunculuka on the other. There are restaurants and cafes within a 5-minute walking distance from the house. The apartment is on the ground floor and it has a very big terrace. In our house we have 3 apartments for max. 8 people. Each apartment has it own separate entrance.

Veranda - Seaview Apartment

The apartment is situated close Opatija city center, only a few minutes away by car or an eight minutes walk. It consists of a living room, bedroom, a dining room, two bathrooms, kitchen, sauna, open space lounge, terrace, a surrounding garden and a car parking. Thanks to the fact of being in the ground floor with a surrounding garden you have the sensation of renting a house and not an apartment.
