Comfortable apartment in excellent location. The apartment is nice and clean. Comfortable beds. The shower is a bit small but workable. Central location with grocery stores and many restaurants within walking distance - yet peaceful location on the river bank.

Great little annex , we had a family party and just needed to stay one night . Dani’s instructions were clear , the annex was clean , the sofa bed was great as we were 2 adults and a child .

This apartment is emmacuately top notch. You can never complain a pitch.Well designed and thought of. Worth the price xxxx

What an amazing apartment. Great location right on the beach, with fantastic views of the sea from the windows. Choice of seating areas with tables, open balcony and enclosed window area. Comfortable beds. Well equipped kitchen. Easy to get to the ‘Witterings’ Chichester Marina etc. We all wished we could have stayed longer. Sam was a great person to liaise with before we arrived, nothing was too much trouble. Thank you Sam.

We had the most amazing stay! We were made to feel really welcome, communication was quick and easy and the space itself is so gorgeous with incredible views! Highly recommend staying here, we would definitely come back. There were lovely touches to make us feel comfortable - the apple juice was delicious! Thanks so much for everything!

Home away from home. I had the pleasure of staying here for 3 months when I first arrived in the UK together with my fiancee and our 10 month old daughter. Susie ensured we'd feel right at home from the beginning with all basic necessities provided. The fridge had some fresh food and juice in it, a thoughtful touch that just shows how much the host looks after her guests. The property itself is nestled in the beautiful countryside, offering peace and tranquility, yet it's just a 10-minute car or train ride to the malls and shopping centres in Basingstoke Susie is attentive without being intrusive, always making sure your stay is comfortable while keeping any disturbances to a minimum. The only minor downside is that the dining room doesn’t get much natural sunlight—but that’s a small detail in what was otherwise a truly wonderful stay. I had a great stay at The Ivy Annexe. The place is very comfortable and it has everything you need. Kicthen is fully equipped and modern, there is also cosy living space area with TV, sofa, books etc. Bedroom is spacious and the bed is very comfortable. Bathroom is also modern and spacious. The host has left a lot of complimentary items like biscuits, chocolates, drinks, milk, juice and many more which was a lovely surprise. Jane Austen's house is just next door, there is also a pub and a park. I would strongly recommend.

Compact and well designed place to stay above a terraced garden, with views across to the downs. Plenty of wildlife and birds. I heard foxes and owls and saw bats catching moths at twilight.

A joyous stay in Windsor , great help full tips , and of course the stunning apartment , nothing is left wanting , immaculate inside and of course the unique view of the castle , this is a great location five stars from us

Isabelle’s place was fantastic everything you would need and more I stayed with a friend when at royal Ascot and super mirrors when getting ready and a fantastic outside area to enjoy a glass of wine in the evening and we dined a few times at the carpenters inn just a short walk away Can’t wait to stay again

Such a lovely place and location. Kinvara was a great host and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. The Nest’s interior has been finished beautifully and has all amenities you would need. Couldn’t recommend it enough, and we would love to visit again in the future.

I had a fantastic short stay in Nohra’s property, the location is great with multiple restaurants and country pubs nearby. The property is exactly as described and was extremely clean. Nohra was very responsive, accepted my booking at very short notice and provided all the information I needed. Would definitely book again!

A fabulous place! I stayed with my wife and two children (4 and 2) and couldn’t recommend it more. The accommodation was perfect, it’s private, quiet, clean and has everything you need. A well organised pool house, with a kitchen and clean amenities you need. The pool and hot tub was a great addition that the children loved. The house is set in a quiet residential area that was perfect for exploring Winchester and Paultons/Peppa Pig World. Stephanie and her husband were attentive, polite and communicative if we needed anything. Made the 3 nights stay very easy, enjoyable and relaxing. Highly recommend.

It is pretty expensive as stays go but is a great location right by the beach, plus it was half term. The flat was clean and really well presented and v spacious! There was an issue with the sky/tv when we arrived and it was sorted really quickly and Jonathan was v helpful. We had a lovely couple of days.

What a weekend! Desperately needed a little getaway and this was perfect! Had everything we needed, the hot tub was incredible and very peaceful. Although it was near to Heathrow, the planes didn't bother us at all. Complete privacy, we took advantage of the games that were available and any queries we had were responded to very quickly. Will definitely go back!! ❤️

Sai’s place is great. It’s comfortable, cosy, with everything you need for a good stay. It’s nice and quiet there, but nevertheless it’s brilliantly located close to local shops, restaurants and buses that will easily get you to the tube, or to Watford. It’s no problem to get to central London or to the Warner Bros Harry Potter experience. Sai’s a great host. Responsive, helpful and honest. He was really quick to ensure he returned items that we mistakenly left in the property when we left. This is the third time we’ve stayed there and we’d do do again in a heartbeat.

We had a lovely stay , great welcome when we arrived . Was our anniversary and they very kindly left us a bottle of Prosecco in the fridge for us . The place was lovely and clean and had everything we needed . Had a beautiful garden that we had full use of and the hot tub . We loved our stay 😀😀
