Mr. Piero's place is located in the hills just outside Orvieto and enjoys a beautiful view. The place is ideal for those who, like us, have a dog, even large, because the property is fenced and the space available to dogs is really spacious. The apartment has everything you need to spend a relaxing stay, surrounded by nature. The location is strategic to visit several destinations of Umbria, Maremma and Tuscia. Mr. Piero was a kind and helpful host, with whom it was always easy to communicate. 100% recommended

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful apartment in Orvieto! The place was spotless, stylishly decorated, and had everything we needed. It was very easy to access, and having a parking spot was a huge bonus. The location was perfect—close to everything but still peaceful and quiet. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Orvieto. Would definitely stay here again!

We recently stayed at Patrizia's lovely house in the Umbrian hills. We were a party of 5, three adults and two teenagers. It was everything we needed - quiet, relaxing, private and spacious, with a beautiful pool offering both shade (from a large, fragrant fig tree) and sun, surrounded by a lovely sunbathing area. Another member of the team (Veronica) met us when we arrived and showed us to the house. They allowed us to check in early as we had an early flight and they provided a good amount of local information on things to do, restaurants, swimming places in both the nearby lakes and the coast. Our stay was wonderful and a refreshing break from our home in the city. Everywhere we visited was wonderful. My husband and son took the train into Rome for a day trip, which was easy from the local town of Orvieto. Veronica was responsive throughout our stay and the amenities were as described. We were sad to leave this beautiful place

Serena was very nice, responsive and attentive. The apartment is incredibly well decorated and conveniently located close to a public parking space. Peaceful surroundings, although standing right in the middle of the tiny town. Equipped with modern and varied appliances. Definitely recommended!
