We loved our stay! It’s a charming location, with beautiful views from the terrace and all of the windows. There are a few flights of stairs to get up to the place. Both rooms are a good size, especially the master. We loved how the location felt like you were a local, with a trattoria within a few minutes on feet (make reservations). Perfect spot to explore the lake!

We were very satisfied with the place. It was clean and tidy. Host was very helpful and if we had any questions he replied very fast. We needed a stay close to the station, so we can be very flexible and the place is perfect for that

We had a wonderful time and can only rave! The place was a real dream – super clean, cozy and furnished with so much love for detail. You notice right away: Lucia, Roberto and their son are hosts with a heart ❤️ They were always there for us, warm, helpful and simply lovable. Location was perfect – quiet but still close to everything you need. We felt welcome and at home from the first moment 🏡 It was really the most beautiful vacation we've ever had – full of sun, relaxation and beautiful memories ☀️ We give 5 stars from the bottom of our hearts ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ and say: Grazie mille, we will definitely come back!

We don’t have words to describe our stay here. This was everything we needed and more. The apartment was pristine with everything you need. The host was friendly, kind and incredibly helpful. She left us a welcome gift which we enjoyed! She even called us taxis when we were less confident talking on the phone. The instructions to find the apartment, check in and out were so clear in some videos. Everything was so easy and felt like nothing was too much trouble. The views of the lake are out of this world and we spent one of our days just sitting on the terrace! We had some problems with flights and asked if we could arrive early. We were lucky as there was availability but again nothing was too much trouble. We will 100% be coming back and staying here again. It was simply fabulous. Thank you - what a host!! ♥️

We very much liked the house and its surroundings. Perfect for those looking to discover the area of Lago di Como. Very close to Varenna and with an amazing view of the mountains. A place to come back to!

The place is beautiful with an unforgettable view of the lake. It has everything you need to feel right at home. It is bigger than it looks in the pictures. We went for a couples vacation with two other friends and it was perfect. I do recommend renting a car since it is place quite high up on the mountain (for the view) and it is quite the hike by foot.

This is a spacious, comfortable and clean house, conveniently situated in the village a few minutes from the lake, supermarket etc. It is well equipped including covered outside space and garden. The underground car parking is very useful too. We were warmly welcomed by Antonio who was very helpful for our whole visit. Lake Como is beautiful and we were pleased to stay in this house for our visit.

We've traveled extensively around Europe, and this place ranks among the best accommodations we've ever stayed in! Kathi and Ivan are exceptional hosts—so welcoming, incredibly helpful, and full of local knowledge and tips on what to see and do in the area. The unit itself has everything you need, with thoughtful extras like a coffee bar and fridge. But the true highlight is the patio just outside the room, offering absolutely breathtaking views over Lake Como. It's the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind with a glass of wine at sunset—photos simply don’t do it justice. Just down the stairs at the bottom of the hill, you'll find the ferry for easy lake access, and around the corner, there's a picturesque swimming spot. At the top of the stairs, there’s a bus stop, a couple of great and affordable restaurants, a charming little deli, and a mini supermarket that makes the most amazing sandwiches. The view of the lake was breathtaking and beautiful. Nik and his wife were very friendly, the villa was very clean and well maintained. We definitely recommend them 🙂

Had a fantastic stay. Federica was easily contactable for additional requests and quick to respond. The location is excellent- right across from the lake and next to the piazza which is perfect for coffee and/ or spritz’ with a view! Short walk to catch a ferry/ supermarket. Highly recommend - would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay with Luca and his wife, who welcomed us warmly and were always available as friendly and helpful hosts. The apartment was completely new, very clean, tastefully furnished and corresponded in every respect to the description. We were particularly impressed by the location – the property is located right next to the George Clooney Villa, which gives the stay an exclusive touch. Various restaurants are within walking distance in about 10 minutes, which made the stay even more pleasant. We felt completely comfortable and can fully recommend the accommodation.

The place was just as described. Great view of the lake with a private balcony It is up a steep hill but Alessia was very accommodating and picked us up with a car so we did not have to walk up the hill with the luggage. The bedroom is upstairs with the kitchen and bathroom on the main level. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend staying here

We chose to stay in this house to start our Lake Como trip, this is the right choice, the location is very good, it is very convenient to go anywhere.You need to be careful if you are bringing large luggage as there are many steps along the way, but it's not a big deal.There are two of the best restaurants in town at the doorstep, the yard is very interesting, and the neighbor's kitten comes to the door.It's a very enjoyable trip.😆
